Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect

I had Hi-tech come out for a tune up on my cooling system. Jason came out and was so thorough. He cleaned the outside condenser, tested all the components associated with my unit as well as changed the air filters. In doing so, they found a bad capacitor. Jason gave me an upfront cost and I had him replace it. I’m not usually one for “preventative maintenance” but I’m glad I had them come out. Jason found an issue before it became an issue. They also have low cost memberships that give you two free tune ups a year, guaranteed they will show up in 48 hours and a lot of savings on cooling and plumbing. CALL these guys!

Josh has been fantastic! After completing the jobs Josh changed out my tankless hot water heater, a part of my manabloc system, and faucet, fixed the leak below my two bathroom sinks that were recently installed by a construction company that serve-pro sub contracted after finishing the mitigation process, and he (Josh the plumber from Hi-Tech) has not only exceeded my expectations, but made a life long customer! The way he handled things was by far the best compared to my previous experiences with plumbers and really, most businesses in the construction sector. Josh gave me detailed information about how things would progress, what exactly the issue was, and educated me on the workings of tankless water heaters as well as manbloc systems. He has evaluated my issues, my needs for my home and what requirements we have for our house, then gave me a detailed plan moving forward. Josh went into my attic, out in my yard where the water meter is, and all around my home! He was quick to look at anything I was concerned about! I have had an experience in the past where they didn’t want to go into the attic because they were sure it wasn’t there and didn’t want to walk upstairs. Which was kinda ridiculous but whatever. Not Josh! He looked at everything and was able to tell me what needed to be worked on now, replaced now, and what to watch for in the future. I can’t say enough good things about Josh, and this company! I have had so many negative experiences in the past especially with plumbing. This was refreshing to say the least! The service is professional and from what I can tell, their work is good. However, I would like to caution anyone thinking about using their service, about their pricing. I had a tenant who had a running toilet and she had called them to come take a look. Very professional service, but after a $99 service fee I was presented with a few options to replace the valve for about $500 or install a new toilet for $1000 or $1400 (toilet upgrade?). I was absolutely stunned by the prices being asked. I ended up using their "repair" service for a ridiculous $500 price, and they did end up waiving the additional $99 service fee. I did not want my tenant to have a leaky toilet, so I bit the bullet, but I, unfortunately, will never use them again.

Left our property in a mess, leaving the job unfinished after their equipment broke twice (flat tire and a mechanical failure). Left broken equipment in our yard for several days, forcing us to push back a construction project after more than a week of delays on their part. HiTech also left without turning our gas back on, leaving us without natural gas in our home. Complete unprofessionalism on behalf of the management. Shocking and disappointing considering we have used them for years.

Trenton Beliel was incredibly efficient, on time, and absolutely no worries with him as he explained everything. He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing.
I will request him in the future if the need arises!

Javier provided excellent customer service. He explained everything thoroughly. The work was done on-time, on budget, and very professionally. We will request Javier again for future plumbing needs.

Kael came out to repair water heater and repiped my hot water line. Kael was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did a great job. I’m very please with the service.

Very courteous and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, he gave us three options and explain to each one in detail. We chose the least expensive, also the most recommended, and are happy with the way things were fixed.

I just got finished with Josh and I have to say all of my concerns were taken care of. I live in a house that was built in 1922 and to say that corners had been cut over the years would be an understatement. I knew that High Tech was the premier plumbing team in the metro area and my knowledge had served me right yet again.

There isn't another company that I will ever use other than High Tech and I can confidently say that Josh is value added to their team and reputation.

If you're debating who to use for all of your plumbing needs, seriously, don't look anywhere else. These people have you and your family's needs as their priority.

I was told I might have a problem with pipes under the slab of my house. I called Hi-Tech, and they were out promptly the next morning. Blaine Smedley was amazing! He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. The Best!
