Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect

I have used Hi-Tech plumbing for several years and always been very happy. Unfortunately, when our technician arrived today he informed us that there was new ownership and that under the new ownership there had been a price adjustment to the services provided. A service I had done for $450 last year at this time is now $800. I absolutely appreciated his upfront honesty but we elected to go a different direction. Unfortunately Hi-tech plumbing will no longer be my plumber

We were very pleased with all the work done, the crew that was here was very neat and professional. We told everyone from day one cost was a major factor. On 8-19 we got two estimates, an either/or situation, both costing around $5000-5500, ok, we can do that. On 8-19 we paid $385 to run a camera 12 inches. On 8-23 we were told "good news", by going directly under the dishwasher using a smaller jackhammer, it would be cheaper, only 1900 for the inside hole. So we thought we were still looking at around $5000. On 8-30 Trenton came back to finish. He gave us the final invoice and we WERE SHOCKED!!! Still are. $10,289??!! We don't have any idea how it became this high. Some of the charges, $883 to fill a hole with sand? I offered to do it and he laughed and said that's what I do, then it took 20 minutes. $965 to pour a 2x2 square of concrete? Then didn't even hook up the dishwasher. We got a new drain and a box of cookies, you got well over $10,000. I just think we should have been told.

Was not happy with the result! Was told there was a guarantee, and that was obviously a lie. Called back out to fix what wasNOT fixed and was told….no

I will never use this company again, as well as report to BBB and every applicable social media outlet

Cameron came out a day early from my scheduled appointment. He has exceptional knowledge in his craft and the ability to quickly solve the problem was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better service. Truly appreciative of the quick, professional service I had received. I highly recommend Hi-Tech plumbing... thank you!

Technicians rerouted the cold water to fix a link we had in our underground pipes. They did a great job. We were very pleased with their work.

Air ducts were full of water. They looked for leaks and didn’t find any so it was just a minimal service charge, but don’t know where the waters coming from.

Had a line break and they had a nice young man come out and fix it . He was very focused on doing his job and courteous .
