Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ experience from the beginning. After a hard freeze, I had water (ice at first) collecting in my driveway. I made several calls and and was told by other companies that they only locate broken sewer lines inside the home. They won’t locate water main lines outside. The majority of my water line was under my home, porch, garage and driveway. I called Hi-Tech and I was on their schedule for the following morning. Josh showed up at least 15 minutes early to consult/locate/find the problem with my broken / frozen / cracked water main. He was fantastic. What a Pro. He explained all aspects and options of the repair proposal. He answered all of my questions so that I was able to make an informed decision on the repair.
When Stephen and Kael showed up to perform the under driveway, under house, 110’ + water main replacement, they were the same. Complete pros. On time, hard working, professionals. Pleasure to be around. I hope I never require this kind of work at my home again, but if I do? There is no doubt I will call Hi-Tech! I now have a 110’+ one piece, one inch, pex water main that I have complete confidence will last. Thank you for a high quality job well done !

I will not be calling HiTech again nor will I recommend you. It is ridiculous to charge $110 to install a shower head which took about 10 minutes.

Trenton did a great job finding the leak that we have been dealing with for awhile. He was courteous and professional.

All types of work allegedly done, but after several weeks, and even years, still finding things that were supposed to have been done and paid for, but were not. Someone supposed to come out in upcoming week to again, make a simple repair, ie on a shower plate that was not installed correctly..very simple. Don't understand how incompetent a company can be and still be in business!

Hi-tech was quick to come out after I had one plumber cancel the job due to conflict of interest. They explained the process to me and was notified each time when the tech was on his way & how long it would be. Kyle was great & very personable which made it easier for me to ask questions without feeling like I’m interrupting and let me know what options I had.

Will came out to my house. I explained the situation. He assessed the situation and made a couple of recommendations. I had him complete the interior pipe leak, which he did with ease and professionalism. I took his number and will be calling Will and High Tech Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here out. I recommend you do the same.

William Lowe did an awesome job repairing the plumbing lines in my attic. He’s not only a great technician, but a good guy! Absolutely would recommend him to my friends & family!

Most competent, considerate, and professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. On initial visit, Dylan provided several detailed estimates for faucet repair or replacement as well as an estimate for a water heater installation. He was very thorough and patient and explained several different options for performing the work. Dylan patiently listened and answered every question I had. I called company several times in order to ask questions and schedule repair work/installation. Everyone I talked with (Anna, Beth, and Sage) was extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite every time I called. Javier came out a couple weeks later and performed all the work. Very knowledgeable, competent, and thorough in his work. I am very satisfied with all the work. This company receives high reviews because of their work ethic and how they treat their customers.
