Hi-tech contacted me this morning and apologized. They refunded the money. The man I spoke to was very kind and wanted to make things right.

I had what seemed to be an obvious leak near the water faucet in the front of the house. I called many plumbers and Hi-Tech was the only one who could come out. I thought I was getting a plumber who could fix the leak but the guys who came were just leak detectors. They verified that there was a leak, charged $400, and gave me quotes for the repair starting at $1600. They couldn’t come to fix the leak until after the weekend. I called around to see if another company could come sooner. Pipe Down Slab Leak came out with two guys ready to do the work required to fix the leak. We realized that it wasn’t a leak at all and that there was just a faucet that was left on in the back of the house. Pipe Down did not charge me anything even though he came with two guys anticipating a big repair. I called Hi-Tech back to let them know I was disappointed in the service and they said they would look into it. The next day, they resent the invoice to remind me that they charged me $400 to ‘detect’ a leak that wasn’t a leak. If you need a plumber, call Pipe Down!

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with this company and the four men we interacted with (Mark-salesperson, John-tankless water heater installer, and Ryan and Cameron who were the bust-up/repair team)! Everyone was professional, helpful, considerate, hard working, courteous, respectful and honest! They did a wonderful job of communicating each step in the process and explaining how all of it worked. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up whatever messes that were made too!

A month ago we had issues with our toilet not flushing completely as well as our tub not draining well. Upon arrival we were told that our toilet had buildup in it which made it not flush properly. He attempted to auger the toilet. Upon leaving and a $300 bill the toilet is was no better than when he arrived. He recommended letting it soak in vinegar to help break of the sediment. I did that twice and it did not help. I called 3 times and after a week and a half I got ahold of someone. I asked if he had put a camera down the drain as I didn't want to replace a toilet if that wasn't the issue. He was sure that was the issue. I replaced the toilet for another $300. Last night sewage backed up into the tub, shower, and the toilet obviously won't flush. I have reached out 3 times today trying to resolve the issue and have been told a supervisor will call me back. I'm still waiting. Frustrated that I have spent $600+, spent hours trying to fix the issue, and still sit here with no working toilet, shower, tub, etc.

This company went the extra mile, specifically Joshua, to ensure we had running water for Christmas. He went above and beyond to find the leak and repair it, which wasn’t part of his job. He was just supposed to find the leak and then the the repair team come. But since they were so booked up, he stayed and repairs it himself. He was so kind and helpful and I couldn’t say enough positive things about him. We truly appreciate all he did for us.

Called to have them come out and find leak under slab, wrote a quote. Got insurance to approve repair. Nothing, even emailed and told them and still nothing. Would like my money back so I can call someone else to find leak and fix it

This service was to replace a section of sewer pipe as well as line some existing pipe. This is our 3rd lining job and the service provided by Blaine, Sean and Tonny was very professional and courteous. Great job gentlemen, thank you!
