Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect

I called because there is water in my closet floor which is in the the back of the master bath. It is close to where all the pipes come into the house from the well. It is also close to the garage where the water heater is. Micheal was very nice and told me everything he checked but he couldn't find where the water is coming from. He said he didn't believe there were any plumbing problems. After he left my husband took up the carpet in the closet it was almost saturated and the padding is saturated with water. We will continue to watch the flooring to try to determine the cause of the water being in the floor. The nailboards close to the water heater seem to be wetter than the others. Micheal only charged me for the trip charge and he did spend some time trying to diagnose the problem. Inamnnot completely satisfied but he did try.

They walked off the job after their equipment (trencher) broke down twice. It was left in my yard over the weekend. They claimed that the tree roots were “unforeseen”. All large trees have large root systems that keep them upright. The presence of roots near a tree should not come as a surprise to anyone.

JR, the new GM, clearly cares more about maximizing profit per job than actually getting the job done.

Trenton did a great job. Put a camera in the
drain line to find the cause of the slow drainage. Found the clog and removed it with a power auger. The kitchen sink is now draining perfectly. I will use Hi-Tech Plumbing again! 5 star service!

Michael, the leak inspector, was professional, prompt, skilled and a great communicator. Kaelin, the plumber, who repaired the leak was polite, respectful, very skilled and efficient. We will definitely call Hi Tech again when needed.

On March 6th I called Hi-Tech plumbing, and the same day, they had someone out to my home. Chase Coulson was the plumber who arrived. He was on-time and very professional (I wish other services we all use would take note). He spent hours on-site removing an old 50 gallon hot water tank, and installing a new one. While I think Hi-Tech charges more than almost any competitor for similar service, I can only say great things about Chase and the work he provided.

Michael was exceedingly thorough. He did everything possible to detect our leak, in order to find the cause/source of our hardwood floors buckling. He also replaced a copper hot water line that was leaking inside a wall. He is very knowledgeable and shared suggestions/ideas on ways to prolong the lifespan of our existing plumbing and ways to make it more energy efficient. Michael was truly professional and I would recommend him and Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect for both your leak detection and plumbing needs.

Chase was very thorough in this installation. He replaced the old connections to ensure their integrity.
Did I mention he is a very nice young man. I would use him for any plumbing problem.
