High Tech Plumbing was recommended to me to detect and repair a leak in a water line in the slab. Their technician, Joshua, found the hot water line leak quickly and was able to re-rout that line without damaging the floor. I chose to have all the hot water lines re-routed and he did all the work on Friday afternoon. The City inspector approved the job on Monday. Thank you Joshua for doing such excellent work so efficiently. God bless you and High Tech Plumbing.

I was not happy with the cost of a prior repair and Trenton listen to why I was not happy with the amount that I was charged. He explained how I was charged and cost of plumbing prices has gone up since I had to have any plumbing problems fixed by a plumber technician. So I truly feel some what better because he handled in a very professional way. High Thec Plumbing & Leak Detect has been very professional and do professional work for me and I will call them again.

We had polybutylene pipes, and needed a total repipe of our home as we were beginning to have leaks. Josh initially came out to detect the leak and gave us 6 estimates/options. Josh was knowledgeable, and also very considerate of our concerns. Ryan and Cameron were the two gentlemen to perform this major plumbing task. They were thorough and worked hard throughout the day so we could have running water in our home as soon as possible. I was impressed with their work ethic and their customer service. They were very respectful of our property and our numerous pets.

My mother's water bill was exceeding 27,000 gal of water a month, so we contacted Hi-Tech. Chase Colton located the leak which required going into the house crawl space. James Tate & his supervisor came out & had another associate go into the crawl space & assess the status of the other plumbing lines & discovered a sewer leak under one of the bathrooms. Photos were taken & shown to us. The supervisor prepared an estimate with various repair options. We signed off on our selections. Kael Hayes along with an assistant did all the repair work which included numerous trips into the crawl space and digging outside to find the line going into the house. All personnel were very professional and friendly. Kael spent 3-4 days doing the repairs and clean up. He was a very nice and knowledgeable individual & we would not hesitate to employ him or Hi-Tech again

Joshua was our tech that came out to determine where our leak was, and he was nothing but helpful!!! Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so appreciative!!! He was honest and said a slab leak detection would cost $400, but if he could find the leak using an alternative way, it would save us money. It required him to do additional work, but he did it anyway. He was able to find the leak and gave us a few options. We’re angry at ourselves for AirCo first, when we should’ve called Hi-Tech to begin with!!! Superb service. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks again, Joshua!!

Joshua M. arrived promptly. He had difficulty getting the existing handle off. During the time he was here, he spent a bit on the phone on a different issue and was unable to solve the problem. He told me at least 3 times that had we purchased a Delta, it would be much easier. Tremendously helpful at that point. The supplier of the existing faucet provided the replacement cartridge and offered support over the phone. He was convinced that it was the wrong part. I was just disappointed with the outcome of a $298.00 charge when all that was done was finally removing the old faucet and reinstalling it. Not nearly as good an experience as our first with Hi-Tech Plumbing.
