Carlos is the absolute best! Extremely professional and courteous. When my previous company’s owners retired and Prudhom took over I thought about changing companies. I asked if Carlos was still with them and decided to give them a try. Thank you Carlos!! You are awesome!!

They are great! Already did the system check for winter and check for carbon monoxide. Never even crossed my mind to check for that. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable.

My heat went out during the recent record setting snow and temperature storm. I called and spoke with Ernie. I explained my situation and he was able to secure a technician, Dustin within an hour. Dustin arrived ahead of schedule and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Exceptional customer service!!! I am in the sales business and recognize a good company when I see one. They listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them right away. I'd go with this company any day for making it happen in such a short amount of time during what may be the busiest season yet. We were pleased to find this company due to the fact that the company we previously used was not available for at least 2 weeks. We talked to Ernie Prudhom when we first called and he was very nice and gave advice on things to check over the phone. The wonderful thing is that he could send someone out the next morning. Eric showed up for the service call and he was very knowledgeable about HVAC operation and was confident he knew what our problem was. He did not mind that I wanted to see and understand what he was doing and what he found. He went above and beyond to get the unit in good working condition. He was up front about pricing which is reasonable compared to other companies I have dealt with. No hard sell for a new unit because ours is 20 years old! Prudhom will have our business going forward...highly recommend!

We had a scheduled maintenance planned for next week with Prudhom, but I woke up in the middle of the night to our AC not working. I called Prudhom at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and our unit was back up and running by 9:30 the same morning. We have a 15 month old and I was up nearly all night worried about him.
