Prudhom Heating & Air Conditioning

Eric has been consistently servicing my hvac units for the last 7 years, so I know him and trust his advice. In addition, I am confident that Prudhom is treating employees like Eric and their customers fairly and that’s the kind of small business that I want to support.

I requested a second opinion after being told by another HVAC repairman, representing a company which is regularly advertised on TV, I needed a new system. The representative told me there was mold in the plenum, the coil is rusting, the freon is low and he couldn’t determine how low it was. Or have some expensive repairs done which may not resolve the problems he found. The reason for the initial visit was annual maintenance.

Upon arrival Eric asked if I was having any problems with a/c cooling, which I wasn’t. He was friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. The only thing he found was a part not operating at the recommended voltage level, which was not mentioned by the other company. I thank Prudhom HVAC and Eric for a professional and ethical response to my situation.

I needed my A/C checked because it wasn't cooling as much as it should. The scheduling was great, and the tech was on time but refused to use our freon. My husband is a plumbing contractor, and we can purchase these types of items without getting the mark-up from the A/C companies. We run our own business and always allow customers to use their own materials. Why wouldn't we? It's what the customer wants! The tech stated he wouldn't be able to guarantee it, so he couldn't do it. I never asked for anyone to guarantee the quality of the product I purchased. I wouldn't expect that. For him to make such assumptions and then refuse to do any work at my house is ludicrous! Thanks for wasting my time.

Prudhom Heat & Air is a locally owned family business and their service was super impressive.. From the ownership, all the way through to.their installers, they all were super professional and their quality of work was impressive. I have used Prudhom for over 13 years. Their first job was a complete reinstallation of my HVAC system including new duct work in the attic. Since then I have continued to use yearly on an HVAC contract. They do quality work, are very professional and reliable. Friday night came home and A/C was not working. Called Saturday morning and unit was repaired that morning!

So I had originally scheduled for my AC to be serviced and the night before the appointment the unit stops working. Talk about perfect timing! Anyway, I can’t say enough about this company. 1. They don’t advertise their company and clearly are doing extremely well. Which says to me their word of mouth means a whole lot. Even though I stumbled upon them I will refer them to anyone who needs heat and air services. They communicate extremely well, whether it be about what time they’ll be there or the process and what’s going on with your unit. I had a few things that ended up needing replaced and he serviced the unit and it only took an hour. My air conditioning has never felt so cool in the house. I felt the pricing was reasonable as well. Beyond pleased and a forever customer.

Had AC serviced by Dustin Prudhom. He was the most thorough and competent AC service tech I have had at my house in over 22 years. He cleaned my outside unit the most extensive that it ever has been done. Very fair price and a joy to deal with, ultimate professional. i highly would recommend his company for any AC work in the Oklahoma City area.

We believed we had the fan motor going out in our air conditioning unit. Prudhom came out late the same day, found the fan motor was going out, ordered a new motor the next day, had it overnighted and installed it on Saturday. Both technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. We always call Prudhom for our heat and air needs. Thanks again.

Can't say enough good things about Prudhom Heat & Air. Our service tech, Eric, was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained every part of the work he provided to get our A/C back up and running, and at a really fair price. We absolutely won't be going back to the folks with the bigger name in the OKC area, as great service and honesty is something that is clearly as important to Prudhom Heat & Air as it is to us. Dustin has been soo amazing! Anytime we have needed them we have gotten great service from installation of the new unit to changing the capacitor today. We have been with them for 5 years and won't go anywhere else!! Prices are also much better than any other company for good quality work!!
