Prudhom Heating & Air Conditioning

I wanted tech to check duct vents & clean if they were dirty & I was getting too much moisture in my home. Tech opened all the vents all the way & one I had closed that caused too much air. It did not work & I had to climb up & close it the next day. Tech said the do not clean air ducts.

I couldn't be more impressed by the services provided with this company. I have used their services for at least three years now. Eric, Cody and Carlos are fantastic fellas and quite good at their craft.

The work ethics, the value and the effort they put forth in providing excellent quality service is something I haven't seen in an incredibly long time. Big shout out to Nate for his work and assistance for a squirrel cage we had replaced in the furnace.

We've had two wonderful experiences with Prudhom. Our service engineer, Eric, was on time, incredible kind and patient with our questions. Our A/C was repaired quickly and for a very fair price. The scheduled maintenance was done on time and they did not try to up sell us on unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Eric even checked our heater and cleaned a sensor during our A/C service at our request. It's a great thing to have a company you trust for these types of home repair and maintenance!

Old WIFI thermostat not working well and made bills high. Contacted Prudhom via voicemail on Saturday and they immediately scheduled appointment for Monday. Arrived first thing and resolved. Friendly and professional. Thanks.
