Prudhom Heating & Air Conditioning

I had my AC serviced for summer. They worked with me at a time I was going to be home. They gave me a call and a text 30 minutes before they were coming. Carlos showed up on time and was quick to get to work. He answered all my questions and cleaned out the AC unit. In and out in 35 minutes.

Cleaning and maintenance check today. Mitchell did an excellent job, VERY thorough cleaning and detailed check on both upstairs and downstairs units.

Past experiences with Prudham have been very satisfactory, excellent response time and quality workmanship.

Carlos was on time for his appointment and was very professional in providing me with a quote for a new mini split system for my garage.

These guys are awesome. They came quickly, were very attentive to my concerns and completely addressed them. The system needed airflow adjustment to balance the flow and temperature and they did a great job tuning the system. They also stayed and gave me a very good class in how to manipulate the settings in the digital thermostat.

Eric was knowledgeable, professional, personable, respectful, and kind. I appreciated his explanations re: work performed. The location of our unit makes access a bit awkward, but he took it all in stride. Eric represents the company in an impeccable manner.

My technician Mitchell was prompt and explained what the issue was, my options and what to do if the issue ever occurred again. At the end I was expecting a large bill as any homeowner would, but the price was affordable and made the service/repair even better!
