Company sent a tech out within 24 hours. He got the job done that day, even though it was late in the afternoon and it required a trip to a supply store. He gave us a good sense of our options including when repair versus replace was better for our older units. We were so impressed we signed up for a maintenance contract.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the service Eric and Prudhom provided us when our Heater went out. The service was beyond exceptional. From the front office to the tenured service technician, we experienced nothing but exceptional service.

Nate Sheets made it easy to schedule. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. We had an issue that required a repair. As frustrating as it was to have to spend more money… I was very grateful to have someone I could trust, and that was able to clearly explain the issue and identify the benefits of the repair. Hats off to Nate, he’ll be or HVAC man for as long as he’s willing!!!

Called them around 1:30 and was advised they could have someone come out between 4 and 7 pm.. Wes arrived at 4 and diagnosed two issues; a bad connection at the unit and a faulty thermostat. He fixed the connection issue and installed a temp thermostat that would support the system until a replacement could be installed. Very grateful to have AC when it’s 105 degrees outside. Wes was very professional and worked thru the issues. Thanks for the great service!

Eric gave me a 30 min heads up like I asked. He was prompt and personal as he’d been in the past. He found the initial source of the problem (capacitor for the fan was dead) and before doing the repair, educated me about what he was doing and why. When the initial fix didn’t completely remedy the issue, he investigated further and found that my outside unit was overheating, affecting the compressor, because it needed a cleaning, which he completed.
An excellent experience all around, my house is now cool, and all for $355.

We have been without air conditioning for a week. 2 of the major companies in the area wouldn't do any type of small repairs on our unit and only wanted to sell us a large unit over $7000, money we don't hawe don't have and we can't finance for at the moment.. So they left us in the heat with our kids, we called Prudham , They came out and did a small repair to the unit charged us a very reasonable service rate and were very friendly too. The tech Eric was amazing. so now we have a cool house.. thank you guys.. will use them again and recommend too!

Carlos was the gentleman who came out and serviced my furnace. He was so helpful and gave me great peace of mind that if winter ever shows up, my house will be warm and toasty!
