Terrific service. Great company. The folks at Prudhom always offer kind, courteous, professional service. They are always on time and dependable. They offer quality with a great and attitude and their costs are extremely reasonable. I would be more than happy to refer them to anyone.

The gentleman that came out explained every step of the process and helped us understand what we can do to prevent it from happening again.

The technician was friendly and competent. He worked as fast as necessary, but not too fast. He found the problem quickly and replaced the part. He then a general ckevk of the sustem and found a potential problem and fixed it and explained why it could cause future issues.
He is a nice guy and when needed in the future i will call on your company. Also the cost was reasonable and I appreciate that.

I haven’t used this company for services, yet. But I was at OnCue in Edmond this morning literally on my last two miles of gas, running behind, and in an overall bad mood. I was struggling to carry everything and grab a drink out of the cooler when one of the employees for Prudhom helped hold the cooler door for me even though he had a handful himself. You don’t see genuinely kind people and after my morning this one gesture completely changed my mood around. I’ll definitely be using you for my HVAC needs in the near future because it’s apparent you all care as individuals.

What impresses me about Prudhom more than anything else is their honesty and integrity. They have the knowledge and are very professional, yes, but I also know that they are truthful unlike many of their competitors. I know. I have had others come to my house whose only consideration is to make a quick buck. That's the majority in this industry. Not so with Prudhom. That's why they continue to retain my business...because they have earned it in an honest way. Their service has always been outstanding. There's a particular Technician who stands out. His name is Eric. When Eric comes to your house, you can rest assured your heating and air system will be in good hands. I recommend Eric and Prudhom because they are the best! Period.

This company was great! When my AC went out, they worked me in their schedule and were at my house within a few hours. Great service, knowledgeable and reasonably price. Will definitely use them from now on!
