Incredible response time — air conditioner went out on a Saturday night (93* outside). Made a call to Nicole and Mitchell was at my door at 8:15am the next morning… on a SUNDAY. It didn’t cost an arm and a leg, he was honest, and had us back up and running in under 30 minutes. Definitely will use them again and are so thankful for Nicole and Mitchell.

Wanted to overcharge me 527.00 to replace an inverter. This is a 20 minute job if you know what you’re doing. This is why so many ac companies are viewed with suspicion. Always, always get at least 3 referrals before agreeing to a price. I decided to accept another bid that was reasonable for the amount of work(189.00).

Great professional service from Nate and Wes. They very courteously wore
masks as I asked because of my health issues, patiently answered my
questions, and did a great job cleaning
and inspecting my AC. You never get a runaround or an inflated price from Prudhom.

Everyone is very nice and professional at this company. Mitchell came out fixed my issue within an hour. He was really nice, respectful, and informative. Don’t think we would use anyone but Prudhom for anything related to heat & air, and think their service guys are great. We are always very happy with the work they do. When some of the other guys told us we needed a whole new unit several years ago, we decided to try Prudhom. They repaired the unit, didn’t try to play games to get us to buy a new one, and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. Their service pro, Dustin just left our home for repair and service, and as usual, he was great! Trust these guys to take good care of you.
