Darren serviced our air conditioner cleaned it adjusted what it needed to be adjusted and we’re all set for the summer. He did a great job.

Bay Heating & Air Conditioning had amazing customer service from making the service appointment to all the help from the technician at the service appointment. They arrive promptly and explained everything in detail. I recently bought a new home and schedule the service since the system hadn't had love in quite some time. Robert was so helpful in walking me through the system. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

It was a very good experience. My A/C quit working and Bay Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly to my problem. The service tech kept of informed of his arrival time and upon arrival immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem and got the system back up and running in about 45 minutes. All of the people we dealt with were friendly, courteous and quick to respond to our needs. In addition, I also signed up for their maintenance service. I would highly recommend Bay Heating & Air Conditioning.

I always request Jose. He is professional and friendly. He knows what he is doing and explains what needs to be done. You always know when they’re on their way via text or email. Would recommend for all your HVAC needs. I’ve been a customer for years.

Carl quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and explained it well. He then promptly made the necessary repairs. Nice guy too.

I called Dan in the morning and told him our situation with a bad experience the day before with another HVAC company. He was understanding of what happened to us from that other company and immediately went in to action to get a crew together from their shop and both went to our house to physically assess the situation and recommend the appropriate repairs. He was able to fix part of it during that visit and then discovered that they did not have the supplies to complete the second half of the repairs. He said another crew would be back out that afternoon with the proper supplies/equipment and finish everything. Dan kept in constant communication with us regarding the repairs and the crews and everything he promised was correct and on time. He did not have to take care of us that quickly given the work load they already had in place that day with other customers and he still found a way to service us during a time when the temperature was staying in the upper 90's. OUTSTANDING JOB BY BAY HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. All of their employees are professional, company is honest and fair, high quality workmanship and excellent customer service to truly care about their customers. Highly recommend them to everyone!!

Jason Jurgensen was sent out to my house and was able to fix my AC in about 5 minutes. He was extremely friendly and explained everything that he was doing. He did arrive outside of the appointment window, but I received a phone call from the office informing me that he was running behind. I also received a text message when he was en route which was extremely nice.

I'm very happy working with bay heating and air conditioning. Our service technician was Jose and he was excellent. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. We had a bad experience with another company and I am glad I turned to bay heating for our maintenance needs.
