Carl my technician went through a thorough start up on our new system we had replaced in the fall. Checked new Carrier furnace and AC for proper speeds and heating and cooling. Everything is running perfectly. Answered all our questions and we highly recommend Bay Heating for your heating and cooling needs!!

Martin came the next day and was able to get our air conditioning unit working. This was in the midst of an incredibly hot summer season. My experience in the past is waiting weeks to have a technician show up during these type of conditions. He really took his time and was very thorough. He treated our home as if it were his own. My husband and I had Bay Heating & Air Conditioning out for annual maintenance on our furnace. We recently moved into our house and saw on the tag it had been serviced regularly by this company so gave them a call. Our experience was fantastic, Jose came out right on time and we had a text letting us know he was on his way and what to expect. He walked us through a lot of what he was doing, answered any questions we had, and taught us a few tips along the way! He was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable having him service the furnace. We signed up for a monthly payment program to get a lot of great discounts and help with regular maintenance expenses. Great experience!

This week, Johnathan Hollingsworth performed our A/C maintenance. Through the inspection, we needed a new part. He explained and showed us why we needed the new part. Our A/C unit is 11 years sold and this is the first replacement part we have had on the unit. Johnathan was very nice, answered our questions and we appreciated his professional work.

Our technician Jason was fantastic. He was there earlier than the expected time frame and got to work right away. Was very friendly and helpful allowing me to observe and ask questions, providing detailed answers and explained everything. I needed a part replaced and instead of having to order it and schedule another time to install, they had it in stock and sent someone from the office run it over to right away to complete the job that day. Excellent service overall. Also they alert you when your tech is coming and you can track where they are at and what the expected arrival time is. I would definitely recommend!
