From scheduling to having the service done, it could not have have gone smoother!! Jason was awesome! He and his partner (who was also so nice, I feel terrible I don’t remember his name) were early to arrive and got my AC up and running in no time! Jason was super helpful in giving maintenance tips and was just so personable! I am really impressed with how great everything was! Highly recommend!!

We had an urgent repair, with a tight deadline. So happy with Bay's responsiveness and squeezing us in when we had the issue. Only a couple of hours from initial phone call to completely resolved problem - WOW! Jason, the Tech, was outstanding, his years of experience really showed. Bay Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and humidifier for my home. From first contact with the sales rep to the completion of the install everyone from Bay was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service.

I am very happy with the install work they did and the new equipment is running great so far. Throughout the install the techs took the time to answer all my questions and explain the work they performed. They also left the work area tidy, which is always appreciated.

Cory, the sales rep I worked with, was very helpful in answering my many questions throughout the purchasing process. He was also very responsive in putting together multiple estimates tailored to my requests.
