Darren was highly professional, explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and got us up and running.

Devon was absolutely wonderful. He arrived earlier than expected at night on a holiday. He ran for parts twice in blizzard conditions and arrived back each time with a smile and sense of humor. He went through every possible issue even though repair isn’t his specialty and never gave up. Every co-worker he called to double check an issue took the facts and helped with the next step even though they were also out in a blizzard on a holiday. I can’t say enough about the professionalism shown by Bay. Thank you for saving Christmas!!

The team quickly diagnosed issues with a 23 year old furnace, which stopped heating late last week. Immediate help was provided with sizing and selecting a replacement furnace. Space heaters were provided to get us through until installation day, and were more than sufficient. Their quick handling of the situation meant that a quick decision on a new unit that was right for this house (and the budget) could be made. It was installed on Monday and took just under five hours.

Having the heat out for a few days was a hassle, but Bay Furnace made it much less of a problem. Thanks again for providing the knowledge, expertise, and client care that produce successful long-term customer relationships.

We came home to a pretty cold house and realized our furnace wasn’t working properly. But they came out quickly and even on a holiday! We are greatly appreciative to have them figure out the problem and having a warm house to sleep in.
