Damn, glad we had unit serviced. Some how a plastic bag was in the vents. It had made its way to the blower motor and was about to get sucked into the actual blower. Holly Hanna! Can't even imagine the cascading event that might have been. Make your service appointments boys and girl's. Clean your vents. How the heck did a plastic bag get into the duck works. Thank you to our HVAC tech he does "have a passion for HVAC" crisis and more importantly the cost of a new blower motor of that bag had melted inside the unit.

Darren was great!! For such a young fellow, he is very knowledgeable. Did not rush and took his time to do a great job. I am new to this house and had a lot of questions that needed to be answered about my furnace and without hesitation was able to answer it all. I am extremely happy with the service. He was even very knowledgeable about the furnace which was installed by Bay Heating a few years back.

Martin was a wonderful tech. Pleasant knew his stuff abd did tge job correctly the first time. Will use them again for regular maintenance. Came to our rescue quickly and priced fairly.
