BF answered late night call and had their tech, Jose, contact me to discuss situation and plan for next day repair. Jose arrived next morning, performed diagnostic and determined necessary repairs.
He quickly began part replacement with parts he put on his service vehicle, before he arrived. Jose called in order for additional parts and BF efficiently delivered those to the house in a short period of time. No going back to shop or out for parts. No hesitation in the repair time!
Given the 21 year age of the furnace BF sent out a sales representative to discuss future replacement options and provided quotations while the repair was being completed.
Jose and Cory offered ideas and suggestions for an anticipated new HVAC system. First rate professional service. Fair pricing! I highly recommend.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Paul was super responsive to the initial call and extremely helpful and professional. The install team that came to the house covered all of the floor surfaces to keep the house clean. They should up right on time and quickly got us up and running. Even the technology they used during the sales process made buying from them easier. If you need heat or AC, I would highly recommend calling Paul and they crew at Bay Furnace.

Robert was on time, with mask and shoe covers and a warm smile. He introduced himself and immediately got to work. He inspected the wires, fittings and all other aspects of the a/c unit. He cleaned it, changed the filter, checked the thermostat and said it was operating efficiently. Within 30 minutes he was on his way. I have used Bay Furnace for almost 27 years And would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

We have never lived in this climate before and we’re unfamiliar with the unit. They checked the unit, serviced it and explained the various parts so we would understand how the unit worked. Excellent Customer Service from Jose M. the Bay Furnace Service Technician who came for my spring HVAC check up. Jose was professional, informative and explained everything in sufficient detail to help me understand exactly what he was doing and how my system functions. He
identified an issue with an induction system motor going bad that was installed about 18 months prior and went to bat for me to try and see if it would be covered by any warranty. Ultimately he was able to get the nee part under warranty. This saved us nearly $1000! In short I am 100% satisfied with Jose from Bay Furnace! He is the reason that customers will stay with Bay Furnace because his brand of customer service is a rare commodity and just does not exist in too many places these days. Thank you Jose.

Very professional and capable. I have used Bay for years and have never been dissatisfied by their service. Current employees are always courteous, know what they are doing and helpful. With their annual service contract, they have taken away any worries about heating and air conditioning. I am always grateful that I found this company some years ago. I also thank them for sending Jose regularly back to care for my servicing.

Most recent heat went out at 9 PM on coldest night of season. Within an hour the technician knew what was wrong, fixed it and all anxiety was gone. This has always been my experience with Bay and is way a service company should be and is run.
