I had them come out for warranty work on a “smart” carrier thermostat whose issue was it was constantly restarting itself and going into vacation mode. The tech came out, looked at the thermostat, and replaced it under the warranty. Then, even though parts and labor are covered by the warranty, they charged me $149 for the “troubleshooting” the tech did. Will never use again.

Jonathon is a very good technician. He is a credit to Bay Heating. Highly recommended.

We had some issues with our thermostat communicating to our furnace and lost heat. We scheduled an appointment on a Sunday and Jason was there to diagnose the issue by Monday morning.

He was very professional and helped solve the problem with ease. To take things a step further, he also gave me advice to ensure things are functioning properly moving forward. Highly recommend!

Had Darren shut down my boiler. He was excellent! My anxiety around that boiler he handled well. Methodically he dealt with turning off electric (I have fuses and a breaker box). He was very conscious about safety around all that. I went back to him twice I think while he was sitting in his van before leaving to go back to the shop and he was very kind and made me aware why my panel lights still on and that what he disconnected was an ignition wire. Thank you for quick response also as I had just called Bay Heating yesterday to shut down boiler for safety.

Carl was here a couple weeks ago for annual furnace clean and check, very friendly, professional, focused and efficient. In the course of our conversation he suggested I look into the iWave-R ionized Plasma Air Scrubber. I did and subsequently had him back to install the device.

Bay Heating & AC is a great company in my opinion and have been a customer of theirs for over 25 years now and have always enjoyed their friendly and professional service personnel.

John was great. He arrived during the time window and got right to work. His knowledge of my furnace was obvious and he even gave me some tips on swapping the filter (even though he did it for me this time). It was a pleasure meeting John and I trust him to work on the furnace and AC. I have had some bad experiences with other companies and John more than made up for that. It was like night and day.
