Always a pleasure dealing with Bay. Friendly service techs who really know their jobs, and fix things right the first time so you have no worries.

Humidifier was not working. They were most professional in finding and resolving the problem.

Jose at Bay HVAC did a great job - very professional, friendly and timely! We had met Jose at our last home and hoped he would be out tech in the new house. Excellent service!

I no longer recommend Bay. ***I am changing HVAC servicers due to the problem noted below.*** I recommend you find a service company/installer that will do a complete job. As it is I do not meet code. Finding a contractor to do this work has me quite upset. One place wanted a fee just to provide a quote and if he had to "go on the roof" the quote would be more. How can you provide a quote for a chimney liner without going on the roof?! But I digress.

I used Bay to install a new furnace. In fact, I've used Bay for all my HVAC needs since moving in 20 years ago. Their techs/installers do a professional job. Unfortunately, I won't be using them henceforth. They tore out my Franken-furnace (installed by a previous owner) that was far bigger than my small ranch house needed. The old furnace had developed a heat exchanger crack (potentially deadly to the occupants). They recommended a smaller two-stage unit that is much quieter than the old one, at least for heating. A/C still runs the blower unit at full force which makes noise. Oh well. I only had one major issue with Bay, they could not install the chimney liner (per code) because the previous owner had homebuilt a mammoth fireplace which made reaching the older chimney difficult. They deducted the $350 liner fee from the installation cost but left me to contract the installation separately. This should have been noted during the quote, in my opinion. During the quote I was told the city inspector may approve the installation without the liner if Bay techs could not get it installed. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. The very first thing the inspector focused on was the lack of chimney liner installation. He gave only a passing glance at the actual furnace installation, and that was from a distance. Finding a contractor to do this liner work has me extremely frustrated.

Other than that noted above they do clean, professional work. Your call as whether or not to contract them for your home.
