Jamie Daniels was friendly and competent, got here fast and did a good thorough job for a reasonable price. Professional, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledgeable, explained everything. We were very pleased!

Heat went out in the middle of the night. I just rent so I contacted my landlord. She called Bay Heating & Air conditioning to do the repair. They showed up on time and had the furnace repaired within 10 minutes. The heat was pouring out! I’m so thankful for their prompt and professional response. I highly recommend them.

Darrin was very thorough. He explained everything he did for maintenance of my cooling system. He was very thorough. I'm glad I have a maintenance plan with Bay. My air conditioner sounded noisy when I turned it on. There was a couple of screws loose on a bracket for the air. When he was done, he sent me a copy of everything he did for the tune-up for my records. I definitely would have him back.

The service I get in the Spring and Fall for both cooling and heating are excellent. The technicians knowledge of the system and the time taken to make certain everything is working as it should is beyond reproach. I trust them and feel I am getting the best bang for my buck.
