The gentlemen arrived early and called in advance to let me know. They were both courteous, helpful,
explained everything in detail, and my furnace is repaired, my air conditioner is working very well, and I felt I was in honest and good hands with Jose. Because of a serious lung decease, I needed my air fixed to survive on a very humid and hot day. I called in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon. Thank you Bay Furnace and Jose!

Justin did a great job today and is a pleasure to work with. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He serviced our garage unit today and got it up and running.

He also helped install a replacement furnace, AC unit and ductwork for us in the interior of our home back in early March. The entire team did a fantastic job, including Paul Dooney who worked with us at great length in the planning and development stages, and saw the project start to finish. We highly recommend Bay Heating and AC. They have a great team and do great work.

I've had Jason out a couple of times, though he used to come out for my parents. It's nice having someone who has a history with our unit out; I trust his recommendations to replace our ac based on work he has previously done. He's courteous and professional.

Marty is very knowledgeable and very efficient. He always takes care of our heating and a/c problems.

We have been robbed by other HVAC companies in the Cleveland area who would find something wrong with our heating system every season. We did not believe these companies were operating an honest business because our furnace is not even extremely old. So for a while we had our friend who was in HVAC servicing our system and for 5 years straight he would do a tune-up and never found any problems. So we knew those other companies were just out to make money. Well our friend retired so we were back to square one in our attempts to find an honest, fair and reliable company. Our neighbor referred us to Bay Heating & Cooling and we were SO happy with the service. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and we will be requesting him in the future. He was wearing a mask. It's always a concern during this pandemic whether workers will show up without a mask. He was very friendly and he explained everything he was doing on our system as well as things we could do to improve the life of our system. He was not pushy but did fully explain their Maintenance Club program as well as a few additional products he thought would be helpful to reduce allergens in our home. We will for sure be using Bay Heating & Cooling from here out and recommend them to anyone looking for a company who does honest work.

Jose was extremely knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently checked everything out and told me I needed to do between visits to keep things working properly. His friendly personality made the experience even more pleasurable!
