Bonsky Heating and Cooling is a great company to work with. Ten months ago we had a brand new furnace and A.C. unit installed after dealing with our salesman, Pete Battista. We were very pleased with the price quotes, installation, and technicians. They were very knowledgeable and professional and finished our big job on time. We called early this week to schedule our first furnace maintenance check-up and 3 days later, voila! It is already done! No waiting and no charge! Bonsky waives the first inspection check-up for each new mechanical that was installed so in May we will have the A.C. checked. Chuck Vlad was the service technician who performed our recent maintenance inspection and was very thorough and personable. He was great to talk to and has a robust personality! We will request him in May. Give Bonsky a call.

Everything was smooth and low pressure from the estimate to the Installation. They matched or were lower than 4 other companies. The installation was fast and they cleaned up like nothing was changed.

I have been trying to get my boiler repaired since March 30th to no avail. They first came out to trouble shoot why my boiler was not lighting. After the third attempt it worked for 1 day and went out. They came out and checked it to find that a major component was bad. I was asked if I want a new boiler or just repaired. I chose to repair because all the rest of the components were already replaced. And the part was under warranty from the manufacture. After a week of not hearing, I called and was told that the part was discontinued and not available. Being in the industry, I asked around to find out that this part nor the boiler are discontinued. I forwarded this information and 2 weeks later, still was being told that the part can’t be found. I gave a contact that I know at the manufacture and 2 more weeks have gone by and haven’t heard anything. I was promised that the money I spent to “fix” my boiler back in March would be credited to the new part. I get the feeling that they just don’t want to fix my boiler. It shouldn’t take 6 weeks to get parts and repair. The month of April was very cold and miserable for my family. Very disappointed in the service I have received.

I have been working with Chris S. For the past two weeks he has gone above and beyond for me. He has spent hours upon hours making sure that I understood everything and helping me find the best route to go., even answered my text into the late evening when I had a question. He answered everything via text making it extremely easy ! He kept me in the loop as the guys worked up a long to have a new furnace / and a/ c unit installed with new ductwork . 10/10 would recommend this company and this guy with all your questions . Hopefully I won’t need to call after everything is up and running , but I know if I do have will get great customer service ! Thank you for everything you helped me with. It was nice doing business with you . I will definitely recommend my family and friends .

I was at a friends house and they came over to service the furnace. The young lady, I think her name was Annabelle was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job! I would recommend them just from watching the experience first hand!

Devon came to our Home to fix the motor in our system. Over the weekend it was just myself with two small children, two puppies, and a senile dog so when he showed up Monday morning the house was far from acceptable. I felt awful but he was more than kind about the situation and got straight to work. After swapping out the motors he double checked that everything was in working order, made sure I didn’t have any other questions, gave us maintenance tips for the longevity of our furnace, and advice for when we go to sell our home. Could not have asked for a kinder or more helpful person! Would definitely recommend and call again in the future.

I looked at a lot of places to compare prices, and Bontsky was one of the lowest! But what really sold me was how kind the person on the phone was—I was asking the dumbest questions because I don’t know a thing about my A/C unit, and she was so kind and helpful. Then, Chuck was the person who came out to inspect my A/C. He was so friendly, and helpful. He even took the time to teach me what I was looking at in the unit. Thank you thank you, Bontsky and Chuck!

Devon was arrived promptly during our scheduled appointment, and he was efficient in completing the scheduled maintenance and replacement of a needed component. He was very pleasant and professional in his appearance and demeanor. Thank you!

Called for furnace repair after hrs. Cory was my tech he had my furnace up and running within 10 minutes. He had a great attitude. He was very polite and informative.🙂

Had 3 gentlemen come out today and install a new AC unit and run all the lines, they were respectful and pretty quick as well, everything looks nice and clean and they took care of all the mess and everything they had to move around before they left. One guys name is Davide but I couldn’t remember the others name. Nonetheless we are incredibly satisfied with the work from here!
