The Quality service professional was on time and knowledgeable and polite. He cleaned and replaced our air conditioner filter which was filthy after cleaning out our home for a move to our new home. We highly recommend Quality Heating & Cooling whether it be for a new furnace or air conditioner or for repair. We contacted them on a Friday to schedule an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. Quentin arrived the following Monday promptly and was very professional, went over several options, explained the whole process thoroughly and set up the installation for Wednesday.
