Had to replace the air conditioner at our home which was the original system. We also decided to replace the furnace at the same time. Quentin did the estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable/friendly. We were scheduled the next week for installation. Scott, Nick and Sam came on the day promised. Did a fantastic job. Very professional/took care of our property removing old furnace. Very knowledgeable and didn’t leave until job was done. Will get service plan to ensure quality service in future. Would recommend them to handle all HVAC needs. Very happy with purchase. Noticed immediate difference with new system.

Dave and Collin came out and installed our new furnace and a/c unit. They did an amazing job with the install! The whole company has been great to work with! We woke up with a dead furnace. They had techs at my place that day to evaluate the problem, and had a new unit installed 2 days later. Would highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Carter Huff and John did a great job diagnosing our issue and finding a solution. They had my ac unit working in a matter of 30 min! Also provided great detail on the issue and ensured the temp drop prior to them leaving. 10/10 would recommend.

Our hvac unit stopped cooling and after a call to Quality, Cory came and diagnosed the problem and was as straightforward and honest as could be. We could not ask for anything more than that. The unit has been repaired and we are cool and comfortable again.

I recently had a new central air unit installed by Quality Heating and Cooling. I had a great experience starting with the salesman Michael Kuziak. He went over all the options and suggestions with me and my wife. The installer(Dave Reynolds) was very polite and answered any questions we had. Once done he went over everything with the new system. I will refer all friends and family to Quality Heating and Cooling.

Cody from Quality Heating and Cooling has been doing PM's, cleaning, and (so far small) repairs on my system for a few years now. He always lets me know how things are working and voices any concerns, recommendations, or observations and explains them...and is never pushy. He is "on the job" the entire time he is here. A few years ago, I needed an after-hours job done on my system. After many calls that went unanswered, Quality H&C came out and fixed my problem. I am now one of their clients and I recommend them highly.👍

So far so good. They did a nice job on the installation . Were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. They do our storefront and put in the original furnace at the house. Quality says it all..N
