Chuck was knowledgeable, honest, kind, a joy to talk to, and as an added bonus, he was happy to oblige my dog who LOVES to get pets. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price. Chuck came out very quickly after hours (around 12am) , our cat knocked the vent off to the second floor and fall down and had gotten stuck, so chuck was able to come out and accurately find out where he is and get him out safely for us, super grateful and would definitely recommend using this company!

Jerry was very helpful and thorough in helping us choose which a/c unit to proceed with. Devan and Corey arrived on time and made sure all our questions were answered through the whole process. Could not recommend Bonsky more! Will definitely work with them for any future HVAC needs.

Chuck was great! Also, he's very knowledgeable in his field. We called Bonsky to schedule our A.C. Maintenance/ check-up and 2 days later we had an appointment and he was at our house. He checked our unit over and analyzed all the technical readings and even hosed out the unit. We got a good report card! Chuck even told my husband how to drain our water heater and explained why it is important to the life of it. ***** Recommend Bonsky

My old furnace passed on and I was in need of a quality HVAC company to save me. I called on Bonsky and they delivered. I was very pleased by their service and professionalism. They cared for my home as if it was their own. On installation of my new furnace, the floor covering was laid down and they got to work. Devon was amazing! We assumed the worst when our air compressor wouldn’t come on. Bonsky’s sent Devon the day after we called, and within minutes he discovered a loose wire in our thermostat. He honestly could’ve told us we needed a new unit or something, and we would’ve believed him. Instead he was professional and honest and fixed a simple wire and left us with nice cool air. We will request him for everything, heating and cooling, in the future!

We live in a 5k sq ft house built in 1919, it has a commercial steam boiler which gave up the ghost. We invited Bonsky to provide us with a replacement quote. Their quote and lead time was reasonable. We immediately became confident with them as they educated us on how steam boilers work and seemed genuinely excited about it. Their confidence in their ability to do the job is what sold us. Replacement a couple years back went as expected, the techs they've dispatched since have been nothing but respectful, skilled and great to be around, very comfortable with them in our home. Despite steam boilers being "old" technology, they're still complex systems which require skill and experience to implement, maintain and tweak. If you have a steam boiler and you need work, they have a secret weapon in John Spencer who I swear can whisper to our steam boiler system and bend it to his will. Furthermore, you couldn't ask for a nicer or more respectful boiler Jedi to have in your home. Ashley and Kaylee in the office have always been great to work with as well.

Super scary to see our boiler "catastrophically malfunction" but I rest easy knowing we have Bonsky a phone call away to help us care for this beast... Not too often I come across contractors I can trust blindly. Wish I could give them 6 stars. Thank you guys, sorry it took so long to write this review.

The maintenance guy (I believe his name was Chuck) came to our house yesterday to check out our AC unit and he was the nicest person. He seems to be an extremely honest man that only wants the best for you. We haven't had the new unit installed yet, but I was so impressed with him that I had to write a review.
