Chuck Vlad was my service technician and did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing my problem. I arrived home from vacation and the temperature in my home was in the low 40s. Chuck came out quickly and got my furnace running until a needed part arrived a couple days later. He was very good at explaining the issue which caused my furnace to fail, highly recommend!

Jake was awesome! Arrived quickly, fixed the issue, and helped educate me on preventative maintenance with my furnace. Great service!

I called bonsky heating and cooling about 3 weeks ago to do a repair for my elderly parents In Canton. I live in south Florida and couldn't be happier with the service I received. First I had bonsky out for a repair on my parents furnace and the technician said the repair would be temporary because they needed a new unit (which I figured because of the age of the unit). Fast forward to this past week and the unit finally died and I had Chris Smith a service tech come out and give me a quote on a new unit with installation. First, from the initial phone call I could tell just from talking to the office woman for a few minutes that I had made the right decision with this company. Second, Chris was very professional and punctual and on time and provided my parents with all the info they needed regarding the furnace and the issues that caused it to fail all the way to the solution that he thought would work best. This guy really knows his stuff. Chris went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. He brought over two large space heaters until they come out and install the new unit!! That's unheard of! To provide this kind of customer service speaks volumes about the culture within bonsky. I wish there was a million more people like Chris in this world! I am blown away by this company's professionalism on all levels. Exceptional service, by far one of the best experience I've ever had dealing with any company. I would absolutely recommend this company. They have great integrity and take the time to get the job done right and to provide for the client. IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD!! Thank you Chris and the team at bonsky. You guys lifted a bunch of stress off me and my families shoulders. I couldn't be more thankful 🙏

Chuck is a very personable and skillful technician. He represents your business quite well. He was here to remove a non-functional humidifier, and install brand new one. He also takes pride in his craftsmanship!

Chuck was beyond helpful and courteous. Great to talk to while he got my heater back up and running in no time.

Called at 730pm or so and they were at our house with furnace repaired in 1.5 hours. Great communication. Tech was knowledgeable as well. Kept my 3 year old from freezing tonight. Really appreciate it!!
