Bonsky Heating and Cooling

I was checking around for pricing when I first came into contact with Bonsky heating and cooling. They came out and the guy Chris that quoted me the price was so through, he shared things about the company to me even shared about their expansion and how many years some of their workers was employed with Bonskyhe was very knowledgeable about his company, So nevertheless the price I was quoted was in the range of what I was looking to spend, they set the date and they came out and Davide and Jimmy done the install and I mean they was so polite and thorough as well they really went above and beyond to do their job even showed me some minor adjustments in the basement that they fixed to make sure my new system would work i don’t know if it was even in their job description but Davide fixed the potential problem. They also took the time to clean everything up as throw they were never here.And last but not least I have a 100 pound pit bull and a yorkiepoo and they took the time to acknowledge them as well, they was so nice and kind to me and my furbabies So with that being said….IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A

Chuck Vlad has been out to do my HVAC maintenance checks on my unit the last 2 times. Chuck is always on time and informs me what he is doing and why. He provides me the information needed to keep me informed. I am very pleased with his service and professionalism. I actually request him when I call for service on my HVAC system.

We have another company checking our air conditioner in an effort to shop around after Bonskys came out. The previous technician from Bonskys did NOT put the screws/unit back together properly which the other company is fixing as well as is fixing our problem on the spot as opposed to Bonskys who indicated we'd have to wait for an unknown amount of time and pay $900. The current company here now is fixing our problem for 1/3 of the price. Unfortunately, I'm very unsatisfied. I do not think Bonskys' visit to our house is anywhere close to worth the $99 I'm supposedly getting charged. Very unfortunate. Overpriced and over-rated.

Annabelle was very helpful giving us information on duct cleaning!! She gave us excellent quotes and I formation on who will be working on our ducts, and when to schedule. We look forward on working with Bonsky. Thank you, Annabelle!

We've dealt with Bonsky from day one of buying our house. Total new system install, seasonal maintenance. Jake is awesome, spoils or dogs, and is friendly and professional. We're looking at upgrading to a two zone system, and will continue using Bonsky.

Bonsky service tech “Devon” was dispatched to my place of employment for an issue with our furnace, and in a timely and professional manner he diagnosed the problem and was able to find the appropriate parts in a timely manner utilizing a supply source close by. I appreciate the knowledge and the well trained professionals at Bonsky!!

My furnace died during the evening. I called several places and got no where. I called Bonskys and talked to a kind women who had a technician call me right away. Chuck came out didn’t have everything needed to repair my furnace. He then went out of his way to take me to get heaters to warm my house. My husband is disabled and wheelchair bound, Chuck had so much empathy and concern for us staying warm! My furnace is now running great and I will be using your company for my yearly maintenance. Thank you so much Chuck for being such a caring person!!

Called Bonsky on Tuesday morning for an estimate to replace my nonfunctional 27-year-old furnace. A tech came that day and gave me an estimate for 3 different options. He was informative, answered all my questions, and was very respectful and understanding when I told him I wouldn't be making a decision until later in the day after getting other estimates. I got estimates from 2 other local companies and Bonsky offered the best price by a few hundred dollars on a modulating furnace. I was able to get installation first thing Friday morning. Installation was smooth, the team was respectful and cleaned up when they left. Overall very pleased with their work and with the ease of communication with the business.

Love love LOVE this company!! Every single person we’ve talked to from start to finish has been nothing but kind & amazing!!! They’ve made this process SO much easier than I thought it was going to be. Then I came home today to gift today from them & that was so kind.

Talked with Jerry Lenington, came out gave me estimate to replace old furnace a/c unit. Went over my options. I picked what I wanted. I got scheduled. Wayne and his crew did a great job. Looks great, works great, couldn't be more happier.
