Cory returned today with the parts to repair our furnace we were pleased with the fast turnaround to get our furnace repaired Bonsky went over and above to make sure we did not go another night without heat many thanks for their efforts we will be setting up an appointment for our spring tune-up soon

We’re new to the area, having moved recently from another state. As such, we’ve been having to find new home service professionals from scratch, which isn’t easy since the goal is to find the most trustworthy, professional, and expert companies possible.

When it comes to HVAC, Bonsky has won our business. We called for a furnace repair before business hours this morning and the answering service booked us for Thursday morning. Worked for us. Bonsky’s home office personally called back a little later to apologize and said they had a same day furnace service opening - even better! Win number 1.

The service itself was amazing - win number 2. Chuck was more thorough than our go-to HVAC company we used where we used to live (and they were among the top in our area). He took ample time to explain how our furnace worked, what caused the issue, and even quizzed me on a couple things to make sure I remembered (for our own benefit). This exceptionally high level of customer service really meant a lot to me.

The furnace issue was a very quick fix - the air filter was horrendously dirty so all it required was a new filter (stay on top of changing your air filters!). We may have an issue with our blower motor, but Chuck didn’t upsell on us on anything. At the same time, he didn’t shy away from making sure we knew our options if we need to replace the blower motor or when it comes time to upgrade our HVAC system. And when this time comes - we’ll definitely call Bonsky.

It took just one service to make us a customer for life. Thank you, Chuck and Bonsky team for taking such good care of us.
