Bonsky Heating and Cooling

Tech did not know we had an oil furnace or the size filter we need. For the third consecutive time you cut down an oversized filter to fit. Why isn’t that info provided to the techs? Not happy.

I've been using Bonsky for a couple of years now for maintenance on my heat pump and fuel oil furnace. The technician who came out most recently was Chuck, and he was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He went above and beyond in efforts to remove an overly tightened filter on my fuel oil tank. He noted that filters will come off a lot easier if a little bit of oil is applied to the gasket before installing it. Thank you Chuck, thank you Bonski Heating and Cooling!

I had a very positive experience with this company. They were able to schedule my repair right away. The technician, John Spencer, was polite, on time and very knowledgeable. He found both of the problems and repaired them quickly. Bonsky Heating and Cooling is quality and value. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them in the future.
