Jakob did an excellent job! He was on time, very polite and professional… he wore protective shoe coverings upon entering, explained the service he would be doing both inside and out and answered any questions we had both prior to and after the service. Called and a tech by the name of Cory showed up to help me out. Had just bought the house in the fall, and didn't remember to take off the cover to my a/c unit outside when spring came. He rushed out at 10pm at night and saved our backsides. Very pet friendly and was well mannered. 10/10 will call to have him come service us again!

He explained everything very well, and very nice guy! I would recommend, however, he was definitely trying to sell you their product. They are fair with pricing but we found better.

Corey was very polite, took the time to explain everything to me, and really spent the time to make sure my husband and I both understood. He was professional, and even helped us with getting us a quote to install our central air unit. We will definitely use this service again, and again, and again!

This company was hired to come out & certify my existing furnace which is a ten year old Carrier…. INSTEAD they came out & condemned it… saying the heat exchanger was “Bad” .. the tech said he was going to call his boss to verify his assessment. Which he did… Then he turns to me and says the owner was coming out to see if he agreed & would see what kind of “deal”..he could give me on a new furnace…. $4500 installed… Come to find out… there wasn’t a thing wrong with the heat exchanger…& the “Owner” who came out was a salesman….The Best offer they would make me AFTER Lying about the condition of my furnace was to replace the heat exchanger.. which they agreed wasn’t “bad” after all …& was under warranty… which they never bothered to check… before…for $1200 labor!!!!…

I originally called about the fact that my AC was not working explained what I had tried, and I was told very concisely what options I had available for people coming out to my location and what the cost would be depending on what day, if it was after hours, etc... I was willing to have someone come out that day for the more expensive price and it was worth it! Devon was very nice and professional, he arrived on time, he explained everything that he was doing and testing and also explained what the cost would be for any potential fixes before he did it so I was fully informed throughout each step of the process. 10/10 would recommend this company I had a great experience and I am no longer dying in the heat.
