Forquer Heating & Air Conditioning

I chose Forquer when my respected friend Trisha informed me about their service plan to help keep my Furnace and AC checked twice yearly. I trust her, so I signed up.
I soon realized I needed to have my AC checked ASAP with the high temperatures and humidity, and she was able to schedule me in quickly. Brandon came early and was not only efficient, but very educational and professional. I appreciated he was not pushy, but explained what would be helpful to repair now and what could wait for another day. He did such a great job I wanted to have everything completed as he was at my home.
Integrity and trust are very important when we have choices who to bring into care for our home. Thank you Forquer for having such helpful and respected people you employ, and thank you for their training to be able to confidently explain the Heating and Cooling business to people in our community- we are all sleeping much better with your help!

From the moment I connected with Forquer, their team was incredible. They were able to schedule an estimate appointment the same week and Kurt from sales was by far the best sales rep I've worked with (including during the AC quote process where I met with multiple other local vendors). Kurt was respectful and straightforward with no pressure. He was able to provide me with a quote (containing 2 options) on the spot with a print out so my spouse and I could review.

The installation was scheduled within a week of us signing the contract and was executed in 1 day. We had a slightly less common setup then most but the team took it in stride and didn't complain. The technicians that completed the installation were friendly, respectful, and did a great job.

I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs ac/heat work done and they definitely have customers for life from us.

Cliff did a great job as he always does. Told me all along what issues we were facing during the A/C tuneup. Straight forward and honest. We like that.

Forquer is just awesome. Everyone that I’ve met is super friendly, attentive and helpful! I use the monthly auto-pay option for $15.99 for them to come out twice a year and tune up plus only a $49.00 diagnostics charge if you’re not optimally running. These guys are great. I will always recommend Forquer

David did a great job diagnosing our pool heater - was able to quickly understand the source of the issue, and got it fixed before the Holiday weekend! He also took the time to make sure the fix was working and there were no other issues.

I'm very satisfied with Brandon, but the entire process at Forquer has put in place from call to tech was seemless. I called and they sent Brandon the following day, he has a lot of knowledge for what the issue was and professionally went over my options (including the service plan) which I recommend as well it's a very fair package. I have done enough business now with Forquer, I'm going to be updating soon and will work with them to find the proper package that fits my budget. A PLUS

Cliff, the technician, was great. Very informative, personable, and helpful. So glad I started using Forquer Heating and air conditioning. Great company. Very customer oriented. They installed a new HVAC system three years ago. I have been really happy since switching to Forquer.

We have used Forquer for over 25 years. All their staff are exceptional people. They are knowledgable, professional, friendly, and nice! They have installed 3 furnaces, 1 air conditioning unit, and a "hotel" wall unit for us in 2 homes we have owned. They are reasonably priced and very common sense, no upselling. Will not use anyone else!

This company is very reliable and the technician Michael was friendly and informative. We had them install a new furnace in November and called to have them check it out this month because I noticed it was running loud. They sent over a technician the day I called to check it out. No service charge, no hastle. Of course- no noises issued during the visit. The technician gave a thorough check ,gave clear instructions on what to do if I noticed the noise again, and to call immediately so they could look at it. I highly recommend this company. They understand the stress furnace issues can cause, are honest and friendly about repairs. I also was super impressed that they text you when the technician is on the way with a picture of that technician so you know who to look for- just a stellar company. Thank you Micheal!
