Kraig M. showed up right on time as they said he would. Kraig was knowledgeable about our dryer and explained what has to be done to fix it. The part is on order and Kraig will be back when the part comes in. He showed me where the circuit breaker was so we could turn out the dryer light until the new part is installed.

When my fathers dryer broke down, he called Ace because thats who he always calls because they are affordable, reliable and usually comes out same day or next. Very friendly and always takes care of the problem. We give them a high 5 star rating!
