Team member came out, pretended to sound knowledgeable & confident he fixed the problem on my fridge by putting a $8 part on it (which I was charged $75 for). Long story short fridge didn't work & I paid over $200 for the repair. They came back out & said quote "Oh, im fairly confident its actually your compressor & its gonna be a $900 fix" so not only did they waste my time but they kept my money & I STILL HAVE A BROKEN FRIDGE. thanks Ace your a real one.

Ace came out the same day and arrived on time. The Technician Kraig was very friendly and helpful quickly diagnosing the problem unforunately my Kenmore Range was too old and the parts i needed are no longer available. I have had nothing but good experiences with Ace and i would use them again.

My oven went out the Wednesday before Christmas. Jimmy came to my rescue and was able to get it repaired before the weekend. I have used Ace several times and have ALWAYS been happy with the service. I always recommend Ace whenever asked if I know of a good repair service. Also they have always arrived during the timeframe I was given for them to get to my home. Thanks for the good work!!

Our dishwasher suddenly went out on us and Ace Appliance came out very quickly and were able to fix it in under an hour! The coupon I originally had for the services didn't apply, but they offered a different one to make up for it and save us some money! The employees (Matt Jr, and the other man's name wasn't listed!! Sorry!) were extremely kind, even humoring my very talkative son in whatever he tried to talk with them about. If anything goes out again, we will be calling again!!!

The first time i had repairs to our washer they were here the same day and had it repaired within one half hour and were as friendly as family. We had them service our dryer today and the same young man Brian V and his assistant showed up same day and again was friendly and fast as we all know most of us dont have time to wait. Thanks to Ace i have my washer and dryer with warrenties and guaranties! I tell all my friends how fast and friendly they are and would recommend them to all.

Unlike most tradespeople ACE dispatched Kraig M two days earlier than I had originally scheduled. Kraig was professional, courteous, and helped me to understand the issues with my unit and the best way to get them repaired. In the interest of full disclosure the company asked me to post a review, and offered a gift card to a local restaurant for so doing. This did not influence my rating.

We had multiple appliances go out in the same week. We submitted an online appointment request and received a call within 15 minutes. Tony was at our house within an hour and everything was assessed and fixed quickly and professionally. We went from online appointment request to completed work in 3 hours on a Saturday. I cannot recommend Ace and specifically Tony enough!
