We have used this company twice. The first time was due to a reference from another company. They have been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable The technician was courteous and efficient. The problem was fixed in a short time for a reasonable amount. We will continue to call them for air conditioning and furnace issues.
We have been a customer of Blue Flame’s for several years. No matter the time of day, or day of week, they have always responded to our concerns in a very prompt, courteous and professional manner. Their technician Victor has did a number of jobs at our home. He is prompt, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and always explains any work or service work he has completed. Anytime I call the office and speak to Julie, she is very caring, courteous and polite. I highly recommend Blue Flame for your HVAC needs. They are a trustworthy company that truly cares about their customers.
Drove 30 min to see if they had a part for a furnace blower, cause when I gave the model number over the phone they said it was wrong and to just bring the part. Got there told them I just needed the wheel. I was told I had to buy the whole motor…and it was almost $500. I told them no thanks I’ll go to the place that has it for $239. Then I was told that they’re not supposed to sell ut to me for that price. Dude acted mad. Boyfriend calls (who has heating and cooling experience) he was told they had it for $50 dollars. Thanks for wasting my time. Don’t go here if you’re a female. That’s all I have to say
Horrible service! We got service a little over a month ago and were told if they had to come back out within 30 days the fix would be free. Whatever they did to fix it was just a bandaid, our furnace went out again on Christmas we called to have someone come to fix it and the on-call guy said he had to charge us an extra $250 trip charge because it was a holiday. We explained to him that it was our holiday also and we had to drive back 3 hours in the snow because we didn't want our pipes to freeze in -2 degree weather and we weren't paying him "holiday pay" that was for the company to do. He hung up on my husband and never called back. Left us freezing on Christmas with a dog and children in the house.
I would like to say blu flame came out right away. Give fees up front. Had the part I needed when San, the repair man got there. They’re very professional and courteous. Dan is the BEST!!!
They were very helpful there. Took my old blower heater in and took it off the old one. And put a new one on for me. They are awesome there. I will go back if I need help again with my Furnace.
Overall experience very positive: From initial phone call inquiring on services, cost, schedule, etc. to the actual services rendered this was a good experience. Service persons arrived promptly on time, explained scope, risks, potential issues, and approximate timeline. Upon completion, cleaned all areas to better than found. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.
Blue Flame diagnosed a major issue involving dangerous carbon monoxide levels. The company immediately communicated with the furnace manufacturer to get a replacement furnace based on the warranty. Within a few days we were back in service!

I had the ducts cleaned in my new rental home and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The technicians were very professional and explained the entire process. The price was clear from the beginning, and when the technicians found more registers than I was quoted for, they clearly explained the price increase. They were respectful of the other people working around the house. I would highly recommend Bluflame and will call them first if I need service.
They claimed that they fixed my mothers furnace which they did not. Then charged her $400 for nothing. The furnace won’t cut on by the thermostat and if we do getting it working then we have to have set at 75 degrees. Once we get it on we have to keep it on.
