Would not buy any parts from them as you are unable to return. Purchased a furnace circuit board did not open the box or packaging it came in. Found out it wasn't the circuit board but a pressure switch I needed. Asked to return the circuit board and they said sorry about your luck, but hold on to it just in case it goes out even though the warranty only lasts a year. Thanks, now I have a $300 circuit board with, chances are no warranty if I ever have to use it. Will not return even in the most dire circumstancess.

I had them out September 1st because there was water coming from my furnace. The tech spoke down to me and was rude, but he said the culprit was two parts that needed replaced. $355, parts replaced, done. Next morning there is more water so i call again. They send a different tech out, who was very nice and the only reason i am giving two stars instead of one. He explained to me that the issue was a bad drip pan and coil, and took the time to show me the issue. He said i would need a whole new furnace and a/c unit. I was upset i had spent so much the day before for nothing. He took my number and email, and said i would receive a call and email with an estimate for the new units. I have received nothing. I have called three times and am told the person i need to talk to is on the phone but i don't get any call back. I ended up having another company replace everything for me yesterday...i couldn't go any longer cleaning water up three times a day, i was worried about structural damage.

Edit from the response....i checked my spam, nothing. And still no return call.

This post has nothing to do with the quality of service from this company, just the compassion of one of its drivers. A few years back I witnessed an older gentlemen walking down Sylvania Ave, in a downpour, carrying what looked like groceries. The man lost his footing and fell to the ground. A Bluflame van that was driving past immediately pulled over and the driver jumped out in the rain to check on the fallen person. I can only imagine how good he would treat a paying customer if he would stop to help a total stranger. Kudos to him.

Had to get a new furnace.. as bad as the news was, ontop of a very stressful week, the techs and crew that came to replace my furnace were all great...very clean and professional. they loved my pitbull too . give those guys a raise...

Had a technician come out a week and a half ago. Charged $95 to “diagnose” the problem and told us we would hear from someone with a quote the next day. Never heard anything back so we called them for follow up as our steam boiler was leaking and not working. Normally no heat would not be an issue but temps were dropping at night and I have an 8 wk old. Long story short we never heard back from them despite reaching out twice and being told we would get a callback within a few hours. Totally unprofessional. Had another technician come back, repair the problem the same day and charged us less than half of what BluFlame quoted us. I would never recommend them or use them again.

Very professional. Quick and efficient with instillation of new equipment and removal of previous equipment. Will use again for all HVAC services

Very professional, very respectful. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Will recommend them to everyone.

Called and the tech showed up on time. Said it was a circuit board- 700 bucks he fixed the problem and left happened again right away. I called then another service charge for a second issue . They didn’t fix it the firs time - how can that be . I fixed it myself by replacing a $20 thermostat . I Got ripped for 700 bucks the way I see it when it was a simple thermostat fix all along.
