Josh was our technician helping to service our dryer. He was very polite and got right down to business. What impressed me the most was how he cleaned up after himself. Even polished the unit when done. Thank you Ace!

Ace Appliance came on time and was very professional. They needed to order a part and I was notified when it was shipped. The technician, Matt JR was very courteous. He had another technician with him that was learning the trade, allowing him to help, too. So far, my refrigerator is cooling properly. I am very pleased with the service.

I had experienced a lighting issue with new Whirlpool refrigerator and had called ACE Appliance for this service. They were very timely with the request for service, and replaced the LED, and everything was fine. However, 4 months later, the same issue resurfaced. Again I called the ACE store where I originally gotten the surface, they sent out the same technician to check the part. He recommended ordering the part on Monday, 12/31/2018, but it was delayed due to the holidays. The ACE office called me on Wed, 1/2/2019 and scheduled for the 1/5/2019 to replace the light and check for other issues. In short, the replaced light did its job, all in a matter of moments. I am very impressed by the service technician, the office personnel and the quickness of the overall turnaround time. ACE is the best!

Friendly technicians that gives you an honest professional opinion of the problem. Requested a tech online & received a call the next morning & the tech was there before evening. Problem troubleshooted & could have been fixed but I opted not to have it fixed. Professional & quick!

Our washer machine is under warranty and started making a terrible noise we contacted Maytag and they scheduled Ace Appliance to complete the repair. We were so happy they did they contacted us and got us in earlier then what Maytag had scheduled. Brian was out repair tech and he was very professional and did an awesome job on our washer!

Tony came out and fixed my washer within like 45 minutes. Great Service from him he has been out to my house a couple of other times for other appliances and he has always been very nice and fixed everything very quickly. Thanks again Tony for helping us out so quickly

My whirlpool washer was throwing a code and not working properly. I scheduled an appointment for service through the whirlpool site. Ace Appliance Service called back promptly and actually rescheduled my appointment for two days earlier than the one I had scheduled online. Cory the service technician was very punctual and professional and fixed my washing machine. He was very helpful in letting me know exactly what was wrong with my washer. Thank you for your service.I will recommend you to anyone who needs appliances fixed.

My washer and dryer have had a string of repairs in the past three months. Each time, ACE has sent out a repairman almost immediately for prompt repair. Today, I called at 8 am and Sean was repairing my dryer by 11:30. Every ACE repairman we have had has been courteous and very knowledgeable and has cleaned up afterwards--and Sean was the same way today. I would highly recommend ACE!

Kraig & this company were incredibly diligent & fair on a stubborn issue with my refrigerator’s ice maker. Kraig mad three separate lengthy visits to our home & worked tirelessly until the issue was solved. Then, they didn’t charge nearly what they could have for al the time spent on our behalf. Thank you, Ace... & thank you, Kraig!
