Our refrigerator had stopped working overnight and Ace was able to come out within a day to check it out. Tony was very professional, courteous and efficient. He knew right away what was wrong and explained it very well. It turned out we needed a new ice maker and main control board. Parts were available the next day and it was promptly fixed. Good discounts were applied and made us very happy that the cost was worth getting the repair versus feeling like we should just buy a new refrigerator.

Kraig M was our technician. He was awesome! Called to say he could come earlier, quick to figure out the issue, quick to fix the issue and very friendly. Price was ok, better than having to buy a new appliance. He was also informative on what was wrong and what he could do. Made sure we wanted to go ahead with fixing before proceeding and in full uniform with name tag.

Our Whirlpool oven was no longer heating and they came out the next day and had the oven fixed within a few minutes of showing up. They had the correct part in their truck and worked quickly. Fair price, kind people, good service. Jimmy, the technician, was great.

I've used Ace Appliance for years. When my dryer stopped heating up on a Sunday morning, I gave them a call. The lady on the phone was able to give me a window of when the tech could show up that very same day. Kraig M. gave me a call about 20 before he arrived at my house. He took his shoes off at the door and was able to find the problem with my dryer in less than five minutes. He was able to fix it in less than 15 minutes. I am pleased with the repair.

Very satisfied with my Ace Appliance Repair experience. Cory called the morning of the appointment and came on schedule in uniform. Very friendly and personable service. Explained what was needed for repair and showed me the problems. After a written estimate, the repair cost was very close to the cost of replacement and I went that route. Kraig came with Ace and was punctual, actually early, which was great. It was a Sunday! Our refrigerator was not cooling. Refrigerator was less than 2 years old- no extended warranty. We called at 1130 am and they offered a 4pm service call. He came in and went above and beyond. He have advice, that should have been given when appliances were originally delivered. Thanks!

I have used Ace Appliance for services when I lived in California years ago. I now remember why I called on them back then. Today Kraig M. was my tech for services to my Kenmore washer. He was on time, very informative and extremely knowledgeable about the product. It was very refreshing to meet someone who assured me that the problem would be fixed before leaving. I can always count on Ace Appliance to get the job done.

Kraig did a great job. He has helped with both my Maytag dryer and washer. He's knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I'd recommend him to everyone. There aren't very many people who will come out on a Sunday to help a customer in need.

I recently had a wonderful experience with ace appliance. My technician Kraig M. Was very helpful and personable. While we were not able to solve the issue my washer was having right at that time, he was still able to guide me in the right direction of the steps I needed to take next.
