My washer needed repair and Ace sent a tech the same day. Tony, technician called, he was ahead of schedule and came early, which I appreciated. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in a short amount of time. Tony was polite and professional. Thank you.

I called to have Ace come out and look at my mom's dishwasher and washer. They were able to fix the dishwasher and even came out the day I called. They had to order a part, but it was only two days we waited till they were back to fix the dishwasher. Brian and his helper were helpful, quick, kind and polite.

I wouldn't have any other do my work they are polite on time and efficient I am pleased with them glad I got them

Brian V was our tech, with a trainee. Both men were clean, professional, and very polite. I had a noise in my washer, but per usual, it would not repeat itself, after about 3 months of it being present during my spin cycle. They made certain my unit was balanced, and reset it. Brian explained that I have a 30 warranty on my service call and if the noise comes back to call them and they will head back out. Thank you ACE for the same day service.

Had a GREAT experience when Jason Carte came out to take a look at my 15 year old Whirlpool washing machine! He was very respectful & professional, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, about what he thought it was and why, and approx. how much it'd cost. He fixed it, no problem, very quickly, as the problem was EXACTLY what he thought it was. Thank you so much for coming out on a sub-zero day, so I could start off my week without having to worry about buying a new washer!!

They've been out twice to repair our newer refrigerator. Neither time fixed the problem. I called for them to come out a third time, asking for this visit to be complimentary and they said no. I can't keep dumping money into the appliance if they can't actually fix the problem. I cannot recommend their service any longer.

Edit after response from the owner: Both trips to repair the appliance were for ice build up in the freezer. The first time it was because the unit was not level. The second time, it was leveled again and an additional defrost piece was added to the drain to help prevent it from freezing and backing up. It is still doing it after both trips (not just a little ice, it's like a 1/4" layer that sticks to everything in there. Sometimes, it melts down into the refrigerator compartment, which creates another mess.) The issue is that it takes more than 30 days for the problem to re-surface, so the labor guarantee doesn't really help. At this point, we'll just replace it because it seems to be more problems than it is worth. Heads up for Whirlpool shoppers (and this is the gold/made in the US refrigerator.)

I had a service call this morning for my dryer. My technician was Tony. He was very professional, very nice, and he answered all of my questions. After the dryer was fixed, I asked a question about my washer so he looked at it and found out that the agitator was broken. He had the part on his truck so I fixed that as well. Will definitely call Ace Appliance for all of my repair needs. Great local company!

Our repair man was scheduled to be around 2pm. He called at 12:30 and was ahead of schedule. He came in was very respectful and quiet. Which I appreciate we have a elder and small children. He did his job quickly.

I had a refrigerator that wasn't holding temperature last night, which showed no sign of improvement this morning. I gave Ace Appliance a call first thing and they had a repair tech at my residence by the end of lunch hour. Tony was very efficient and able to diagnose my issue quickly based on what information I gave. The price was fair and the repair was completed in less than an hour.

I have a working fridge and food in it. Thanks Ace Appliance!

Scheduled an appointment, they had an immediate opening, Tony came out, was very professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Total time was less than 30 minutes, washing machine works like brand new. Only company I will ever call again, thank you for the fast service, great job!!!
