We have used Cross Since we bought our house in 2015. My mom recommended them, and they are honest and nice people. This year we had to replace the furnace and Bill Sr came out and gave us estimates. Fair and honest pricing and labor. It’s a family business and we will continue to use them for all our heating needs. Our heating bills have also gone down.

I needed same-day help with a hot water heater vent that wasn’t venting properly. The technician showed up on time, fixed the issue, and was out in less than an hour. Great service!
