Everything was simple and straightforward. The scheduling process was simple and professionally handled. Received text messages reminding me of appointments and providing information on the service team's progress. William and Alex get to work with their hands. They were both independent and communicative enough to keep me apprised of developments without being intrusive. Everything about getting my water heater checked out and replaced went as smoothly and quickly as could be expected.

I've used Toledo Plumber on multiple occasions, and I think he does a great job. Alex spent nearly five hours without a break installing a new toilet in the upstairs bathroom; he also checked all of the sinks and showers before leaving, and he discovered a loose screw on another toilet that could have leaked into the basement. Alex, I appreciate your hard work and professionalism.

Toledo Plumber did a great job for us. After discovering a leak and turning off the entire water system, we first met Jaime on a rainy Saturday evening when he came to restore service to our home. Despite the terrible weather, he worked diligently and patiently to get our temporary water service back up and running in under an hour. On Tuesday, he came back to finish the permanent water service restoration. he was very clear in his explanations, courteous, and thorough. It took several days, but He was there when he said he would be and seemed to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get permanent service back up and running. After damaging some of our grass with the plumbing work, he even went on a bit of a wild goose chase to track down some sod to replace it. Toledo Plumber has my highest recommendation.

A while back, we had to install a new water heater in our house. This company has recently taken on two (2) additional responsibilities for us. Putting in a bidet toilet seat was the first order of business. "Easy DIY" was promised in the instructions. Unfortunately, the confines of our bathroom make that impossible. William really delivered here. The plumber was quick and tidy in his work. We didn't have to do any cleaning. He even removed the squandered commode seat. My wife had recently started complaining about the shower's lack of hot water. The sink supplied her with plenty of hot water, but the shower did not. The hot water pipes, I felt, needed to be insulated. The trouble was traced to the shower's faucet or valve, and the plumber soon arrived to fix it. My wife now has hot water thanks to my efforts in removing a small rock from the filter. Without any hesitation, please use them.

Awesome! The plumber was a hoot and did a great job. We really appreciate his efforts on our behalf. It was possible that he would have to pull the toilet if it remained clogged, but he exhausted all other options first. I called around to other plumbers for quotes; some didn't even bother to pick up the phone, while the ones I did reach gave me a near heart attack with their outrageous rates. Instead, give them a call. For a long time, I worked as a property manager, so I also know how to spot a good plumber. After making initial contact, they immediately ask what they can do to further brighten our day. Many thanks to everyone who contributes to what appears to be an enjoyable workplace!

After two failed attempts with a different business, which actually made things worse, these guys did a great job for me. The two plumbers and the scheduler were both punctual, professional, and skilled. After the maintenance, everything was neat and orderly, and I got my mojo back after a wet week. My rescuer from yesterday was William from Toldeo Plumber. Our 3-year-old hot water heater continues to malfunction. We've had multiple plumbers come out and "fix" the problem, but it always comes back within a few months. Here we are, a day ago, when 1. While my husband is away, 2. The temperature outside is subzero, and 3. My two toddlers seem to have smeared every bit of dirt and food they could find all over their bodies. We were all in need of a hot shower or bath. Alex arrived at my house just a few minutes early, evaluated the situation, offered two solutions, and got to work immediately after I made my selection. After he left, my drain was fixed and working perfectly!!! As always, we appreciate the excellent work by Toledo Plumber.

After I called, he emailed me proof of insurance for my property on the same day I was scheduled to arrive.
