Ace Appliance Sales & Service

I have used Ace appliance numerous times for appliance repair. This time my dishwasher wasn't working, and I was able to get an appt the same day! They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and who my tech would be. Kindle showed up at promised time, was curteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the dishwasher and the price was as quoted, no surprises! It's nice knowing that when I call Ace for appliance repair that I am supporting a local business, and getting professional service at a fair price. Once again, they have made a continued customer of me!

I tried to fix my Kenmore washer myself when it would cycle, but not fill with water. I submitted a service call request on the Ace website (super easy!) and expected to hear back after the weekend (as it’s Saturday).

Within an hour, I had a call from the scheduler; an hour after that, a service pro was at my door!

He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it without any replacement parts. He suggested it could probably use a new control board, but those are wicked expensive—and it’s at least working for now! If and when it eventually fails, I’ll definitely be calling Ace to come replace it.

I’ve had a lot of work done on my home lately, with a wide variety of experiences as far as professionals’ expertise and professionalism. Ace has been by far the best experience I’ve had! I am SO impressed. I’ll be back, for sure.

This is the best company I've ever dealt with. I love that they have a 2 hour window of time to get to your house so you don't have to wait all day. Brian my repairman was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had to have my washer fixed 2 times due to faulty parts and they were amazing about keeping my costs down and waiving service calls. I will definitely be using them again for any of my appliance repairs in the future.

Kraig was the best repair man I have ever had. Very nice, polite, professional and honest. Got the job done.

Our dryer was throwing out error codes this morning, I called around 11:00am. With their same day service; I was offered between 2-4pm.
Kraig was at our home shortly after 2pm. He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and so considerate! I highly recommend

Tony came out twice to my house—once for an estimate then repair. He advised me to contact Whirlpool before getting my dryer repaired since the parts maybe be covered. They covered the parts and it took less than 10 minutes for the repair! Excellent service and Tony was exceptionally kind and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely use ACE again in the future...just hopefully not too soon! :)

We are new to the area and had trouble with our washing machine. The technician Kraig was very helpful, called early and arrived early (also please that we had same day service). He was quick, efficient and helpful. We will definitely use Ace appliance in the future!

Everything about my experience with Ace was courteous and professional. I was referred when I contacted Home Depot warranty for a repair on my dishwasher. From the first contact, the office staff was friendly and professional. The technician, Jimmy, arrived on time with his helper. They came with the expected part on their first visit, but determined that another part was needed. They ordered the part and returned a few days later to install it. Installation and testing were completed in a remarkably short time and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely call Ace when next I need an appliance repaired. I'd highly recommend them. I scheduled an appointment for service online. The repairman, Ross, called first, was timely, professional and efficient. A part needed to be ordered, and he returned within the time frame he told me to finish the job. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and completed his work in a timely fashion. I appreciate the hours offered by Ace Appliance and that they offer two hour windows so I don't have to wait all day wondering when they might come. The service I received was top-notch.

I have always received great service from Ace Appliance. I scheduled a service call online and received a call right away to confirm. Tony was the repairman and was also very timely and kept me informed on the parts delivery and when he would be arriving to do my repair. He repaired my dryer and it runs like new. I was very happy with his knowledge and customer service.
