Our washer stopped draining and Sean came out at the beginning of the 2 hour window they provided and he had it fixed within a half hour. He then spent some time answering my questions and helping me understand how to most effectively use the washer to avoid future problems. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

They were called this morning...on New Year's Eve... for my washing machine. I was really surprised how quickly Brian V. arrived to help...especially for a holiday !! They are very reliable, honest, and know what they are doing. I definitely will use them from now on ! Best service ever ..hands down !!

I scheduled an appointment and Tony called approximately 15 m before the appointment to tell me when he would be here. And he showed up at the time we scheduled. He also is a dog lover showed me his dog and got mugged by my Airedale’s Great service told me the problem fixed it fast and gave me an estimate highly recommend

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly so I called Ace Appliance. Matt and Dave came out during the time promised. A few parts had to be ordered, and when they arrived in stock, they installed the parts at a convenient time for me. I will definitely call Ace Appliance again when I need a repair.

I have used this service before and have been very pleased. Today I had a service call for my refrigerator. The service person was Kraig M he was very good and checked everything out. He is also very kind and professional. I will always call Ace for appliance needs.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator was not working on Sunday morning. Thankfully Ace Appliance was able to come right away and Kraig M the service technician solved our issue. We did not lose any food and are so thankful that Ace has service 7 days a week. A++ company.

My Kitchen Aid cooktop burner was not functioning properly. I reached out to Kitchen Aid (Tennessee) and they arranged for a certified Kitchen Aid appliance repair company to investigate my concern. Ace Appliance was quick to reach out and arrange to resolve my issue. Both team members were very knowledgeable and courteous, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. The even made a training video for future resources for their repair team. I strongly recommend Ace Appliance for any of you appliance repair needs.

We had an issue with our washing machine and I called on a Saturday someone answered and had a technician named Kraig M. out to look at our washer the next day. He knew what he was doing and had it working and clear in about 20 minutes. If you ever need some help call and ask for Kraig I know I will.

Kraig was very polite efficient diagnosed our issue with our dishwasher and offered options for repair. Looking forward to working with your service again if needed and will definately recommend.

Outstanding service! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Upon arriving they quickly diagnosed my Samsung dryer and discussed my options for repair. The parts were available on the truck and they swiftly replaced and tested the dryer. Customer service at it's finest!
