Corey was very polite and courteous, willing to answer any questions I had and explain things to me clearly. The job turned out to be much bigger than we initially thought because of a busted AC compressor. Corey spent most of the day replacing it and making sure everything was working normal. And he cleaned up everything before he left. The job was covered by warranty 100%, and I'm a happy customer with cold air in my house again.

Tom and his son came out to check out the furnace because it kept cutting off. He did a thorough job and even kept my mom and I laughing. He was very pleasant and explained everything that mom and I needed to know. We were both very pleased with service that Tom and his son provided, and I would gladly recommend P.K. Wadsworth Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of furnace, A.C. or hot water tank services.

Original tech redirected after confirming 10 minutes away. No notice from office of delay. Another tech dispatched 2 hours later. Would have been nice to get a call of the change.

PK Wadsworth installed the heating and air conditioning system for our home last year. They are very responsive and great to work with! Tom came to do the annual maintenance and went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process .

Brad was great to deal with. I really liked how he performed his job. Friendly, honest, and a great attitude. Clearly a good influence on Frank.

Richard came out to diagnose an issue we were having with our AC not turning on. He quickly figured out the issue and resolved the problem. Very polite and professional, 10 out of 10 would call again.

Corey was very professional and showed up on time. Explained the problem and was able to repair the heating system efficiently. I’m very grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone with any heating related problems.

John was great at figuring out the problem quickly and supply us with a solution. He was friendly and was efficient with the work. Very pleased with how quick the service was too.

My central air unit was not cooling my house anymore and it was really hot we needed to get help asap, so I googled and found P.K. Wadsworth and the young lady (wish I would have wrote her name down) who answered was so pleasant & so helpful that she was able to get me an appointment same day, Tom came out checked my unit and said it was bad, he then asked if I would like an estimate on a new unit and again they got me an appointment same day I was in awww with them, Malcolm Aadlers came out and was so friendly and thorough, I was so amazed with their service it was awesome, we accepted the estimate, the best part is they had an opening the next morning and we booked it. Let me tell you all that Skip Borotkanics and his crew (wish I have gotten all their names) were so polite and so detailed to everything, you guys are the best and I really thank you all for giving the BEST SERVICE EVER! I am definitely recommending P.K Wadsworth to everyone. Thank you
