From my initial call to completion the sales rep and technicians were professional and responsive. I was informed when a tech or supervisor was enroute to perform a task. While performing the installation, they took care to keep me informed in the entire process and answered my questions. Would I use this service again? Absolutely. Would I recommend P.K. Wadsworth Heating and Cooling? Absolutely without reservation.

Rusty was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the pros and cons of replacing an aging capacitor in our compressor. The unit is on a rooftop, and he was patient about the extra effort needed to get to it and the chilly weather. When I decided to have him replace the part, he looked up what coupon would be applicable. Overall this was excellent service.

We love our experience with this company over the past 1-2 years. We are subscribed to their ongoing service program, and they call you routinely throughout the year to make sure you get your free service appointment scheduled. Mike was at our house yesterday to service our A/C before the warmer seasons pick up, and he did a great job. He even noticed and alerted us to the fact our outsider dryer exhaust was clogged with lint. That saved us alot of risk for fire since I clearly had not checked for this since last year. Mike had a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and I appreciate working with him.

I have had such a great experience with P.K.Wadsworth heating and cooling. They were very prompt with calling me soon after placing a schedule request through their website. They were able to give me a same day appt. Jacob the service technician that came out was great. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and was very pleasant to work with. He had my furnace fixed in no time. He was able to answer all my questions and he also explained a few things about maintenance and servicing to extend the life of my furnace. I appreciate all he taught/informed me of. I will definitely be requesting to work with him again with all future heating services. I am so glad to find such a great company to continue working with.

I used PK Wadsworth for boiler Installation and steam pipe repair. From getting the quote to final install the team has been professional, kind, and responsive. After my initial installation a problem occurred. When I called, the receptionist quickly got a technician to my home, the issue was identified, and plans were made to get someone to come and fix it. The Technician then came to my home and spent the day making sure the issue was resolved and was able to make some tweaks to my boiler to ensure it was running optimally post install. It can be hard to find good service for boilers and radiators and they were able to educate me on my system and actually seemed to enjoy teaching me. When spending such a large amount of money on a home necessity it gave me such a peace of mind that not only were the technicians knowledgeable, and helpful, the company also has great customer service. They hire the best people, every person that I have spoken to that works for the team is professional, kind, patient, and has responded to every question or concern I have had. I truly feel that they take pride in their work, and want to ensure that my home will be heated for many many years to come. I highly recommend this company and I am so happy that I chose them for my boiler install.
