We needed to have a complete HVAC system replaced and the service was prompt and efficient. The technicians, Skip, Olivia and G were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The service was completed in the time they quoted and they left the area inside and outside very clean. Brad came the next day to check the system and he again was friendly and professional! PK Wadsworth has done a great job with focusing on quality and customer service.

The one thing I can be certain of is that PK Wadsworth will follow through.

Being a larger company I'm sure there is going to be variances in the quality of work from time to time. I've seen it. But they have been willing to make it right. I think that matters.

Bryce was super professional and personable and sold me on the idea of a new furnace. Sam and Mason are installing it now. Everyone down the chain has been easy to work with, professional, and courteous.

Jake was awesome - very knowledgeable, thorough and patient and explained everything clearly. Pleasant guy and great conversationalist! He fixed the problem with only the service call fee. I would highly recommend this business!

Jacob Turner was awesome. He was completely transparent with pricing options, called ahead of time and very punctual with time. He demonstrated value through his experience and knowledge of HVAC, and spent time to make sure I totally understood the routes of action we could take. Jacob was a perfect tech!

Brad and Jamal showed up a few minutes early (to me is awesome). They introduced themselves and got right to work laying down carpet protector. They quickly got to work. When I would check if they needed anything they were polite and courteous and explained to me what they were doing at what stage they were at it.

When completed and walked me around their work showing me their work. They improved a few things which I did not ask for but deeply appreciated. They also explained how everything would work. They even provided great instructions on how to maintain the systems.

My overall experience was better than 5 star. I would give them a 10+. The quality started from appointment to completion. I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

From Tom who diagnosed our problem, to Nate (the salesman), Skip, Jamel and Brad who did the installation, there was nothing but professionalism and competence. They were all on time and listened to our needs. It was a great experience. We would definitely recommend the company to others.

PK Wadsworth clearly prioritizes good customer service. We’ve had a maintenance contract with them since we moved to Solon about six years ago, and everyone with whom we’ve come into contact has been very friendly and professional. We just moved to a new house with many HVAC issues, and the technician James did a great job of clearly explaining what he found and the options we had in addressing the issues. We trust them to handle our HVAC needs, and we plan to stay with them as long as they’re around.

We just moved into a new home and needed all of our systems inspected. We have extra things attached to the system that we’ve never dealt with before, as well. The technician was very thorough in both his inspection and explanations of each component. He took the time and care to make sure everything was clean and in good working order. We would highly recommend this company.

Marsel came on time today to install our new HVAC system with two other techs. They worked diligently, efficiently and cleaned up afterward. We were informed as to what would be done, what might have to be remedied and what type of system was being installed. It is on now, working very well, and we are glad it was completed in one day.
