    How I would describe it, the people are nice to your face. But they are not honest and the work is eh.

    Was sold new HVAC system. The sales lead told me PK Wadsworth offered a payment plan, that I would a rebate from Dominion Gas, all these wonderful things. Turns out they are all lies. Ohioans cannot get a rebate for installing new energy efficient systems, only South Carolina residents. Thats from Dominion's NEOH regional manager. When I went to pay I was told that I did not qualify for the payment program because it was "too late". I called their customer service team and was told by Gwen that they were "shocked" to hear about that and few other grievances (install team charging the wrong price, my home not being in the same condition it was when they got here, etc.). I was told someone would contact me but 6 days later...nothing.

    I would not reccomend this company. I have told several friends and neighbors who reccomended PK Wadsworth and they were also shocked.

    If I would summarize my experience I'd say this

    The sales team are liars (not really shocking anymore)

    They can get things done quickly which is nice I guess, but I mean my home has a layout that provides for this kind of work to be done easily.

    The unit is making odd noises so I doubt they installed it well (even though they sent someone to double check). But I won't be calling PK to look at that even though I paid for a service plan.

    They obviously don't value their customers, which is sad for a local business. Because that is one of the main reasons I chose them.

    The price is about mid to high range in the industry, so if you are going to use them only do it if you care about local. And if I am being honest there are better options .

    Still happy to have my AC "working" but wish I would have gone with a different provider.

    The good news is they are paid in full, but I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer and I will NOT be returning.

    I have also told all friends and family about this terrible experience.

    The PK Wadsworth team installed a new furnace along with new supply and exhaust piping. Prior to beginning the work, the team installed plastic tarp covering over all flooring in the areas that they would be working. The installation was performed efficiently, and the system was tested to assure proper operation. After installation was complete the work areas were swept, and any debris was removed. A job well done from start to finish!

    Tom did a great job! He was on time, introduced his assistant/trainee and explained why they were here and what they would do.
    They worked quickly and efficiently. When done Tom explained what was done. As we talked about a mini-split systems he asked if I would like to have Eric from P.K. Wadsworth visit and drop off literature.
    I said I would and Tom said he'd have Eric call or text me.
