    Greetings,

    They were referred by a friend of the family. From call to them they got Matt the HVAC Technician came to the door 10 minutes early. Matt then found the issue that another service didn’t tell us about which would have burnt down our house.

    Matt was able to explain in plain English what was going on. He presented two plans. The plan we chose Matt took the time to call the office and the dispatcher was able to get Marc to two options with six options.

    Marc was no pressured called Tyler who in turned help us make our mind up. In turn their install team will be out Monday morning.

    We have been deeply impressed and look forward to having the work done.

    Was happy that I was able to get service the same day as it was a cold day and our furnace quit blowing hot air. Not being a furnace professional myself 🤣 I contact P. K. To have them come out and do a diagnostic on the furnace to see what was going on. I was happy that my technician came with shoe coverings and I explained to him what the issue was. The technician went into our utility room, came out, explained to me what was wrong with it and said “Obviously it needed to be fixed so I did that, you bill is $216.”

    While I understand we need to have a working furnace pretty sure there should have been a discussion with me first about what was
    going on in there and confirmed that I was able to afford the service, which I am but that is besides the point.

    I go into my utility room today to do some laundry and I find a nice pile of dirt (photo attached) that he must have cleaned out of the furnace because it was not there before, so that made me a little frustrated as well. Would have been nice for him to at least let me know he left me a mess or at least asked me for a bag to clean up the mess he made.

    Happy my furnace is working again not so happy about the service I received.

    I recently hired P.k. Wadsworth to inspect my water heater tank and identify a minor issue with the pressure valve, they provided clear explanations of the problem and offered practical solutions to address it. Their expertise in water heater systems was evident throughout the inspection process. Also Bradley S., was friendly, approachable, and took the time to answer all my questions.

    Everybody I dealt with from the technician Jacob who performed the tune up on the 30 year old system who let us know all of the issues that were going to cause us major problems on the near future (we kind of figured we would end up buying new), to the comfort consultant Bryce, the installer Nicholas and quality control agent Brad, they all did a wonderful job. Everything was done with care and they made sure to explain each step of the process. We are very satisfied with all of the services we received and will definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. Well done!

    Professional installation of good quality products. A well-designed system whose benefits we’re already seeing - humidification, better air filtration, and higher efficiency operation. Good, friendly team, too.

    Cleaned up pretty well, though a few packaging scraps here and there and some dirt left over in their more heavily traveled paths. Nothing bad.

    Only possible complaint was that the sell felt a little high-pressure, and though we got a discount from their list prices, it’s hard to tell if we actually got a good deal based on the way they packaged the system.

    Nonetheless, they made it so easy, and we know we got a high performance system. Happy with the results, and looking forward to the reliability and efficiency.

    Would strongly recommend.
