The gas pilot on my water tank was off . I called P.K. Wadsworth Heating and Cooling. The technician came on time. He was very courteous and knew what to do right away. My water tank was on in minutes. I thought the tank was defective since it was installed no more than a year ago. He explained that sometimes air gets into the gas line and causes the pilot to go off. I highly recommend this company for your Heating and Air conditioning repairs.

Jacob came over to visit today. I had great respect and admiration for this young man. I think he will do a great job. I trust him.

Theresa is the best customer service person at the company. I did not find any other customer service employees the slightest bit helpful. Theresa however is amazing and always keeps the customers needs top of mind. Ask for her and this company is great, if it isn't her you are dealing with would not recommend

PK Wadsworth installed our HVAC system. Tyler Wadsworth took quick measurements of our home with a handy digital device to assess the square feet. He picked out the perfect HVAC to accommodate the house. We have had their maintenance program since 2014. Their maintenance team shows up in the Spring and Winter to maintain. Great peace of mind and no major repairs. Our home is comfortable/safe. Excellent maintenance team. Highly recommend.👍
